Not a lot of Morrocan flavors actually in this dish but it was delicious nevertheless. I personally feel it would be best saved for a colder Fall or Winter evening when you want something hearty and filling. Felt too heavy for a summer night with the AC blasting. Dish was quick to prepare and cook, without having to turn on the oven. Stovetop only 👍 Tip - I added some feta on top as feta makes almost everything better. Portions were great too, easily could have served 3-4 adults.
Vegeterian? Vegan? Carnivore? We all need comfort. This will do it. The very hearty couscous and thick eggplant sauce make this feel like a hearty stew, but look ma - no meat! Impress your parents, impress your date, impress your hippy dippy sustainable-living neighbor, all without breaking a sweat
So sad I can’t find these meal kits anymore. This one was excellent! I love that I don’t need to do a ton of preparation. Some basics like garlic or ginger but most of the prep and chop was done and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. I am beyond bummed I can’t get these meals anymore!!!!
I'd definitely recommend, super tasty!
super yummy and you don't have to think or plan to get it. it's all in the box.

Hi,
I'm a foodie and blogger and LOVED this dish. Was so tasty and easy to make following the instructions. It's vegetarian because there is butter but can easily become vegan if you use vegan butter. Only modification is I added a tiny bit of cayenne for a little kick. Can't wait to try more. Also, I bought it at Whole Foods and I think it was a couple dollars less. Give it a try! Move over Blue Apron!

Easy to make. The flavors were wonderful. We've had this dish twice. I cooked the zucchini separately the 2nd time, (and had it for lunch the next day). I added extra butternut squash to the tagine in its place. I also added extra cilantro to both the tagine and the couscous. . We liked it a lot the first time, but the second was even better. A great choice for nights when we work late and don't want to go out to dinner. Recommended!
