I love this cacao powder. It's organic, it has a very fine powdered texture and has a really nice cacao flavor to it. I freeze banana chunks on a cookie sheet in the freezer and put them in my NutriBullet with some cacao powder and a handful of cacao nibs. I use almond milk as the liquid and I blend with a drizzle of raw honey until I have banana chocolate ice cream. I crush raw walnuts on top and enjoy. My husband loves this as well. So nutritious! I've been adding cacao to my coffee and making everything from homemade chocolates and mug-cakes for a while. What initially attracted me to Viva's cacao powder was its price, packaging and being lower in carbs than the one I was using. I'm enjoying the taste of this. It's richly delicious!

Been experimenting more and more with this as well as combining with cocoa too for extra chocolatey goodness. Xylitol brings out the flavor in this more in my perspective, though higher on glycemic index than stevia or erythritol. Overall it's freaking good stuff for relatively low dietary cost.

Basically, subtracting the fiber, it's 2 grams carbs per gram protein and 1/2 gram fat.

The MAIN thing I still use cacao for is my morning coffee, alongside some grass-fed butter and/or coconut oil. Using a small battery powered hand-mixer gets this frothed up to the power packed punch of a coffee shop mocha! It's gotten to the point I can prepare this before fully waking up!

Basic mug-cake with this is 2 tbsp mixed with an egg, couple drops of vanilla, dash of salt, mixed well, adding pinch of baking soda last, then zapping in an oil-sprayed mug or bowl for 1.5 minutes. Play with the measurements, add nuts, etc. It's really not too shabby for a quick cake! Sometimes I find myself bragging to friends I can bake a tasty mocha cake in under two minutes. Because I can :)

Easy to measure, easy to use, rich, smooth, delicious! Large bag so it lasts a while. Then again, I'm determined to create cacao low carb ice cream and will probably go through these a lot quicker LOL

First off, I do not like giving reviews on ANYTHING unless I really like a product. So with that said, here is my personal opinion on this Cacao powder from Viva Labs. Back in October of 2015, I got back into weight training. I was looking for ways to really boost my nutrition and was concerned about trying to get enough fiber, protein, antioxidants, etc from foods that would really be enjoyable to eat so I would be more apt to stay with my new diet. Now, I had began making protein shakes before finding this Cacao but after a while I wanted to add a little variety as far as a different taste, then I came across this product. I had seen it had some great reviews but thought it was nothing more than hype. The price was very affordable so I figured, what the heck. I'll give it a shot. It arrived within several days and I honestly was NOT excited in the least to start using it as I figured "this might be hard to stomach, I hope I don't have to throw it out". So that day I was getting ready to go do my weight routine and I always make a shake to sip on in between my sets. So I made my shake, threw in 2 tablespoons of this Cacao, blended it up and then went out to the garage where my Olympic weight set is and started warming up. I finally got started with my routine and was just about through with my sets from the first exercise and decided to take a sip. Upon taking my first drink I was pleasantly surprised with the taste right from the start! The taste made kicking my own ass with weights totally worth it! I honestly wanted to drink more but decided to sip it slow. When I finally was finished with my routine I had made sure so save at least half of it. So I came inside and sat down and savoured the rest of it while I relaxed and damn! that was the way to finish off a weight routine let me tell you! So thank you Viva Labs for a really amazingly tasty Cacao product! You have made me a believer!
I most definitely will be buying more! Now for those of you who take protein shakes that want to see what I mean about flavour, here is the way I make my shake: 2 cups of NON dairy coco milk, (this can be sweetened or unsweetened but the reason for non dairy as some of you may already know is so the antioxidants can be absorbed in the body whereby if you use dairy the antioxidants will not), 1 scoop of Vanilla muscle milk, 3 tablespoons of hemp protein, 2 tablespoons of ground flax seed, 2 tablespoons of Viva Labs Cacao powder. Blend thoroughly then throw in 3 or 4 ice cubes and reblend for about 30 seconds and BAM!! 40+ grams of protein, 24 grams of fiber with an awesome taste to boot!

For those who like to cut to the chase, Viva Labs has become one of my favorite cacao brands. Having eaten raw organic foods and raw organic cacao since 1998, I've tried too many brands of cacao to remember. My current top 2 brands are Heatlhworks and this one, Viva Labs. Compared to the other brands I've tried, these two have a stronger flavor and aroma... and are competitively priced. I usually go back and forth between these 2 brands or choose whichever is priced better.

For those wanting the health benefits of raw cacao, it's important to understand that cacao nibs are used differently than cacao powder. Both of which are very different than chocolate and cocoa (more below). Most people will find the 100% cacao powder more versatile and chef friendly. While the powder can be immediately mixed with most things to give them that delicious chocolate flavor, the nibs are often ground (using a coffee grinder, VitaMix, or Blendtec high speed blender or crushed by hand) or used as a decorative, edible topping. If you are new to using raw cacao, I would recommend going with the powder first and then as you get more daring, using the whole nibs. Nibs are essentially the interior whole pieces of the cacao bean. The powder is only ground nibs.

Raw cacao is not the same as commercial chocolate. 100 years ago, chocolate bars used cacao (ground, heated and melted). But in the last 50 years, things have changed and cacao percentages have dropped steadily. Today some chocolate bars contain zero cacao. The use of cacao is far more expensive than corn, soy and sugar based chemicals and artificial flavors, so commercial brands like Hershey and Mars have changed their recipes. Don't think that you are getting the health benefits of cacao when you buy a commercial chocolate bar or cocoa mix.

For the remainder of this review, I'll provide information about cacao that covers over 3 decades of scientific study on raw cacao.

* * Cacao: the good, the bad, the controversial * *

Cacao is the most controversial superfood on the planet. Rare with over 300 compounds, cacao contains proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and mood-enhancing chemicals that cause the brain to release neurotransmitters. I'll quickly review all of these below. The end result is that cacao not only nourishes the body with necessary nutrients, but it also creates happiness, relaxation and pleasure.

There are several reasons why raw cacoa is considered to be a top superfood by many health experts. Some experts even consider it the #1 superfood. I personally consider one of the best, alongside others like spirulina, chlorella, chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds, turmeric, ginger, garlic, acai, blueberries, and coconut. In my opinion, there is no "one best". Instead there is a group of wise food choices spanning many different categories of nutrition.

1) Antioxidants

The Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) chart ranks raw cocoa at the top of the antioxidant list, having nearly four times as much antioxidants as the number 2 food, goji berries. For some background, the ORAC scale was created by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to measure the effectiveness of antioxidants to absorb free radicals that cause cell and tissue damage. The free radical theory of aging states that organisms age because cells accumulate free radical damage over time. Numerous animal and microorganism studies show the free radicals accelerate the aging process and shorten lifespan. Since raw cacao is loaded with antioxidants, it has become a favorite in the natural health community.

A unique and relevant bit of information about cacao pertains to the world’s oldest human with confirmed records. Jeanne Louise Calment was a French woman who lived to the age of 122. A huge part of her diet was chocolate, of which she consumed 1 kg (2.2 lbs) per week! Some people may write this off as chance, however with all the science on antioxidants and aging, cacao just may be humanity's greatest longevity food.

2) Minerals

Minerals are a necessary part of nutrition. Minerals not only build bones, they also are a necessary food for all muscle tissue, including the skeletal muscles (biceps, triceps, hamstrings, etc) and organ muscles (stomach, heart, lungs, etc). Cacao contains many important minerals such as iron, zinc, copper, calcium, magnesium and sulfur.

Magnesium is a very difficult mineral to find in a typical diet. Raw cacao contains a lot of magnesium. Magnesium improves our metabolism by muscle and tissue to relax, including the veins and arteries. This improves blood flow, circulation and the transport of oxygen and essential nutrients to the organs. Magnesium is important for strong bones and teeth. It also improves cognitive performance. A diet high in magnesium helps to improve the body’s overall pH through it's alkaline forming property.

Cacao also contains high amounts of other necessary minerals, like chromium, iron, manganese and zinc. Chromium helps to balance blood sugar levels. Iron transports of oxygen in the blood. Manganese assists iron in the formation of hemoglobin, which oxygenates the blood. Zinc is necessary for the immune system. There are other important minerals in cacao that help our organs, brain and immune system to function optimally.

3) Mood Enhancers

Here is where the science supporting cacao consumptions gets a little more tricky.

Cacao contains a few chemicals known to affect our brain's neurotransmitters. Phenylethylamine (PEA) is found in cacao and also is naturally created by the adrenal glands when we're excited. PEA makes a person more alert and focused. It increases the heart rate and gives us a feeling of excitement. When people fall in love, PEA is produced in higher amounts. This is why cacao is often said to mimic the state of falling in love... and why chocolate is given on Valentine's Day.

Another chemical is called anandamide ('ananda' means 'bliss' in Sanskrit). Our body creates this chemical when we feel great, which is why anandamide has been nicknamed "chocolate amphetamine". Anandamide works like a natural amphetamine to increase mood and decrease depression. It is completely legal in this whole food form and is not addictive like caffeine. Anandamine causes changes in blood pressure and blood-sugar level and feelings of excitement and alertness.

There are 2 chemicals in cacao that do, however, raise some possible concern: theobromine and oxalic acid.

Theobromine stimulates the central nervous system and dilates blood vessels. It acts as a stimulant, with about 1/4 of the stimulating power of caffeine. Theobromine is also a mild diuretic (increases urination). Similar to caffeine, theobromine can create a hyperactive feeling, followed by a lethargic crash (similar to caffeine) and it can cause headaches (a common sign of food toxicity).

The issue of caffeine in cacao and chocolate is still debated. Some scientists believe that it is only the theobromine that causes the caffeine-like effects. Others believe that cacao does contain caffeine. Studies by the Chocolate Information Center (yes, there is such a place), sponsored by Mars Inc., state that an average size dark chocolate bar (50 grams) contains be 10- 60 milligrams of caffeine. Compared to the 175 milligrams in an average 150 ml cup of coffee. This is about the same caffeine in a decaffeinated coffee.

The second controversial chemical in cacao is oxalic acid. Oxalic acid interferes with the body's absorption of calcium. Although cacao does contain calcium, it is less than what is needed to counteract the oxalic acid. Make sure your diet is rich in natural sources of calcium.

On a final note, cacao comes from the Theobroma Cacao beans, which means "Food of the Gods". I find this to be interesting considering the anti-aging and mood enhancing effects of the cacao nib.

The Nutrition Action Healthletter (pub. by The Center for Science in the Public Interest) recently drew attention to the results of toxic heavy metal tests (specifically arsenic, lead and cadmium) which were run on cocoa powders late last year by ConsumerLab.  The entire report is available at consumerlab.com, but here are the results in brief: all of the cocoa powders tested were contaminated with cadmium and/or lead.
So I asked Viva Lab why their product hadn't been submitted/tested and here is their reply: "We did not submit our product to ConsumerLabs, as each batch of our cacao powder is third-party tested following production. With every batch produced, our cacao powder is not approved until our Quality Assurance technician verifies it is within acceptable limitations for impurities, including heavy metals such as, including cadmium, arsenic, lead, mercury, and aluminum."
Now, the credulous out there may feel sufficiently reassured by this "in-house" and anonymous "third-party" testing to continue using this product. But as someone who has recently discovered upon reading ConsumerLab's report that he had been ingesting 34 times the Canadian limit of cadmium and 58 times the California Prop 65 limit of cadmium (for a warning to be required) on a daily basis for the last three years (using a different cocoa powder product), I have to admit that I'd like a little more, fully-independent confirmation of this product's safety before using it.
For those of you who don't know, cadmium is a toxic, heavy metal, a probable carcinogen, destructive of the kidneys and bone, and accumulates in the body because of its biological half-life in humans of 10 to 35 years.
Here's my thought: If enough people request that Viva Labs submit to testing and ask Consumer Lab to test this product, we may get the assurance we need.

Decent cocoa powder. It's not groundbreaking but it does the job. Two notes:

It's raw, not dutched (processed with alkali) so you won't get the fudgier flavor that comes with dutched cocoa. Some say that dutched cocoa has a "deeper" and "darker" flavor, probably because they relate the darker color of dutched cocoa with dark chocolate. However, both types are pure cocoa, so that doesn't mean anything. In reality, raw cocoa should have a brighter, fruitier, and more acidic flavor than dutched cocoa. I find this to be a good raw cocoa. I use it in baking, smoothies, and yogurt, often paired with some Rodelle's dutched cocoa to round out the cocoa flavors.

Secondly, it is very clumpy. There are big (and small) chunks of cocoa that have stuck together throughout when you open the package. I have found that I NEED to sift this cocoa before using it, or it will have many tiny dry clumps throughout the recipe. Even in smoothies sometimes. So make sure to sift it with a fine strainer into yogurt, batters, icings, or anything. This is an easy process, but just a little annoying because it's an extra step.

This is the best cocoa powder I've ever tasted, much richer chocolate flavor than any grocery store brand. I use it for baking brownies, cakes, making pudding, icing/frosting, fudge, and, of course, hot chocolate. Even in the summer I make cocoa with cold milk for 'chocolate milk' for the grandkids. This is my second package of Viva Naturals Cacao and it is fresh and stays that way in the sturdy bag it comes in. Now to use up my grocery store brand so I can use this great cocoa exclusively. And, no, I wasn't given a free bag or paid for my comments - I appreciate reviews of 'new-to-me' items on Amazon as it helps in choosing a quality product. This cocoa has a rich flavor without harshness. The mouth feel is very elegant and luxurious. The flavor is lively and savory. I put a teaspoon of this into a cup of hot milk together with some sweetener and mixed it with a hand blender which turned into an excellent home made hot chocolate.

Just purchased my second bag. I use it to make hot cocoa, smoothies,or put a teaspoon in home brewed coffee to make cafe mocha. I also use it to make chocolate "ice cream" using just the cocoa, frozen bananas and a nut milk. Great taste. Like all pure cocoas, to make hot cocoa, you need to mix it with about a 1/4 cup more or less of very hot water then add the hot milk. (I add cold milk and put it in the microwave). If you just add the cocoa to hot or cold milk the cocoa won't dissolve completely.

This stuff is great. I LOVE how big the bag is. I was buying Cacao powder from Whole Foods and Mollie Stones before and just could barely justify the price per ounce. But this is awesome! Tastes just as good, and I don't have to worry about giving myself skimpy servings.

I use this 99% of the time in my smoothies (Banana, Strawberries, Hemp, Cacao, Almond Butter, and Chia with Almond Milk). But sometimes I'll bake it into some muffins (chocolate zucchini bread!) and it's great too.

I've seen some people have had bad luck with their bag being cut, mine came totally intact though, and it looks like Viva Labs is very responsive when it comes to something like that. A+ customer service. :)

Fitbit Versa Smart Watch, Black/Black Aluminium, One Size (S & L Bands Included)

Had the Charge 2 for a while and loved it. Then switched to the latest apple watch at the encouragement of a few friends. While that apple watch was nice for the few months I wore it, I found I was not using a lot of the features in it that may have been why it was double the cost of the Versa. On the apple watch I found the battery would not last more than 36 hours and the phone app was no where near what Fitbit had in terms of activity and sleep tracking as well as just overall display of the many data points.

When the Versa came out I said why not try it, hearing how slim it was and the extended battery life. It was that or go back to my Charge 2 that is also a fantastic tracker. My goal was to get back to the Fitbit app. I love this watch/fitness tracker and know this is going to be a huge hit for Fitbit. The app I love is now back in my life for the detailed activity and sleep tracker and the battery life is nearly as good as my Charge 2. I have gotten five days of battery life on the Fitbit Versa already - this is with a 45 minute workout on each of those five days included. At the end of the five days I was at 28% remaining, telling me I had another day or two of charge remaining. The texts all come through, the watch rings when I get a all on my iPhone, the screen is crystal clear, the watch itself is very slim compared to apple(no bump on the underside), there must be hundreds of clock faces to choose from, and it has all the apps I could think of needing in the watch store (the store is already noticeably growing). This is the fitness tracker\watch to get. Very impressed and kudos to Fitbit for a well thought out fitness focused watch that is a true competitor to the apple watch.

Just a quick comment on the setup of the Versa. I saw a few comments here about how the setup took 30 minutes or so to complete with an update. My comment is so what? I just put my Versa on the charger, used the app to update it, walked away, came back and wha-la - it was done! It hasn't stopped since!

I have had mine about 2 weeks now. I ordered the rose gold special edition version. I had an alta HR prior to this and used it mainly to track sleep, steps and for text and call notifications while at work. I wanted to be able to see any calls or texts while I was on the floor since we aren't allowed to have our phones out. I am rarely near my desk and I was wanted to make sure I could see calls or texts from my sitter or my childs school. The Alta worked well, but I love the new Versa even more. I really wish there was a way to sync two phones to it. I would love to be able to have messages from both my personal and work phone show up on it. The size is great. It isn't too big and its actually lighter weight than the alta HR. Its thinner as well. I added my bank card for the payment feature which is pretty cool. I like that I can change the watch face on a whim. There are new ones added every day as well, plus you can make your own or use a photo with some of them. The steps seem accurate but the floor counting seems a little high. It counts the 3 low steps from my porch as a floor which I didn't expect. I had no issues with set up at all. I have a galaxy S9+ and all the features work. Set up was extremely simple. You can charge it with the bands on. The bands are harder to swap out than on the Alta HR since you have to get the little pi s in just right. The sleep tracker works well. I have used it to play music with blue tooth headphones a couple times. It works fine but it isn't something I use often. I hope the text replies come soon as I was really excited about that feature. Overall I am extremely happy with it. I still love the Alta Hr and I gave it to my mother and also bought one for my neice.

I was really debating between this and Apple watch but so glad that I bought this Versa.
I bought this only for fitness reasons and didnt want to be bothered with constant notifications/messages/calls, etc.
So far this Versa does exactly what I need it to do and gives me all the data which helps me stay healthy and motivated.
You really need to keep this on you 24/7 in order for you a accurate data over time.
I did not know if sleep data would help me but it has become one of my favorite features of the watch.
Also love the fact that this watch is so light, battery life is long and dosen't get in the way while in the gym.

The only negative thing I can think of is that sometimes the screen dosen't always come on when you raise your wrist to see the time. But you can always double tap the screen to get it on.

If you live an active lifestyle and want to refine your training or you are a newbie and want to get active, I would highly recommend this Fitbit Versa watch. However, if you just want to have a phone on your wrist for notifications, love all things apple, play with apps, etc. then get a Apple watch. (by the way I am an iphone user)

Have owned this for a week now and can’t say enough good things about it. Fantastic smart watch that is about 80% of an Apple Watch for less than half the price. If you love the Fitbit community and want a waterproof tracker that adds a ton of smart watch features and has great battery like to boot, this is your Fitbit!

Update after 2 weeks of use:
I've put the Versa through its paces over the past two weeks... 110 miles of walking (235,000 steps) and 400 flights of stairs, plus tested its waterproof claims. Here's what I've found:

- The distance/step tracking is pretty accurate without the GPS, nominally better than the Blaze, but with one exception. It appears to be sensitive to arm movement without walking. For example, I attended a concert and picked up a "mile of walking" just by standing and clapping my hands at the concert. I tested this a couple times. Just sitting and clapping or tapping my knees to music will add steps and distance to the counter. Couldn't find any solution for this other than use the GPS function - connecting it to your phone's GPS - as you exercise, which works well. But now that I know the issue, I can adjust my tracking accordingly. Since I walk with my phone anyway (for security) this is not an issue for me either way.

- Stair/elevation changes track very similarly to the Blaze. My daily outdoor walk route includes some hills and the number of "flights" it tracks never varies by more than one on any given day.

- It is definitely waterproof. In the shower, in the pool for more than an hour, walking in the rain. No problem. You can even read the screen underwater. Haven't tried the ocean yet... that will be next month.

- Without connecting to GPS and only syncing on demand, not constant, I get a good full 5 days of battery life. I find I have no need to have it continuously sync.... if I want to know my progress, it's on the watch anyway with less effort than opening the phone app.

- I have not tested out the music yet, though I've looked at it and the instructions appear pretty straight forward. Since I'm taking my phone with me anyway, I don't need to have the music on the watch. I'm sure I'll try it eventually.

The bottom line for me at this point is that it is everything the Blaze was with a better interface, charging solution, and waterproof.

I’ve had a Fitbit Blaze for 2 years.... it helped me lose 175 lbs over that time period. I replaced it with this Versa mostly because the Versa is waterproof. Other than being waterproof the only functional upgrades are (1) the ability to store music and play music directly thru Bluetooth, the watch’s ability to connect to WiFi (to do OS updates and download music) and (3) the updated operating system that allows third party apps to be installed and used. Otherwise than these it gives me the same functionality as the Blaze.

It is a little smaller and thinner than the Blaze and because, unlike the Blaze you don’t pop it out of its frame, the control buttons seem easier to use. The screen display is much brighter too. The Blaze in direct sunlight is unreadable; this one is fine. Screen resolution appears to be much higher too.

Setup was a breeze. Just follow the step by step directions on the app, which needs to be installed on your phone before setup. There are also some fine videos online that will walk you thru the setup too.

I’ve taken it thru 2 days of activity so far (about 24 hours) and as I write this the battery is 83% charged. Sensors seem a little more sensitive than the Blaze.

Some reviews complain about the apps or the watch faces. I think there are plenty of the latter to choose from and most are free. The one pictured here was free and I liked it because it displays all the tracking on one screen (and with a simple tap on the screen I can change the display color).

All in all I’m happy with the Versa upgrade from the Blaze.

I love this watch so much! I have a small wrist and was concerned it may look too big and unattractive, but not the case...it looks classy. I have gotten many many compliments. The health features are great, I have already lost a few pounds! I do like the 7 minute workouts on my coach app, they are quick, easy and effective. I went for a run with the Versa, I know that many were upset about the lack of GPS. Honestly for me it was not a problem. I usually go the same route so I already know the mileage...I was just so glad I did not have to bring my phone along to listen to music! I love this watch!

I love this watch! It is awesomely intuitive with exercise even if you forget to put it on that mode. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles (or price tag) that the Apple Watch does, its a fitness smartwatch-not and entertainment watch. But people do mistake the design for an Apple Watch. It has a nice look! My wrist is small and it is a little big on it, but I really like it. You can see texts (but cannot answer them) and you can see and answer (if you have bluetooth) incoming calls. Guided breathing and coaching sessions. Timer (stop and countdown) and alarm. Weather, including extended forecasts. Reminders to move if you aren't on target to hit your goal. Calories burned. Miles and of course steps. You can also download songs onto it ( I have yet to do this) Its like a power packed motivator on your wrist!!!! I absolutely LOVE this watch! It does scratch easily, and I would recommend a protector purchase immediately.

I am very impressed! This watch has certainly met my expectations. As a previous fitbit user, this is an upgrade from my Alta HR. The versa shows a full text message, as compared to the Alta HR which only shows the first few words. Love the large screen, you can clearly see all your important stats. Was worried about the size of the screen and the square design not looking nice on a small wrist but it looks great. Lies fairly flat, and super comfortable. Touch screen is very responsive.The watch itself feels very lightweight, which is also a plus for me. I have only had the watch for a day so I cant testify to the battery life or durability, but will update my review if I run into any problems. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their fitbit to something a little more fancy!

I spent a lot of time looking at other smartwatches. I'm so glad I went with the Versa. This is my 3rd Fitbit. I like the sleep tracking and didn't want to give it up. I have had the watch for 2 weeks. It charges quickly (about the time it takes me to shower). The charge does last a few days which is another reason I chose this watch. I didn't want to charge it everyday! I have used the exercise app when running and walking. I entered my Strava info into the Fitbit app on my phone and my exercises sync between Fitbit and Strava without having to manually start Strava. Notifications are much easier to see than on my Alta. If I miss seeing a text I can swipe down from the top and the message will show again. I like that feature. It was hard to see text messages on my Alta and many times they were too long to show everything. The Versa shows the entire text and will show emojis.
I read some negative reviews about the watch and band looking cheap. I disagree. I love how it looks on my wrist. It is quite pretty.

Of all the batteries I use, I really dislike D size. They're heavy, and I understand that they have to be. I can't tell you that these are better than the bunny batteries, but from my experience, these just keep going, and going, and going. Since the motion sensors are used on a nightly basis (the sensors have picked up raccoons, skunks, and opossums which we didn't even know we had in suburbia), I think it's amazing that we haven't had to replace the batteries yet, and the light is still as strong as ever.

I'm an electrical engineer. The amount of power available from an alkaline battery is almost directly proportional to its size. You don't see many D size batteries used these days (they are fairly large and heavy) but they certainly hold a lot more power than the equivalent AA or AAA batteries.

These batteries can be a bit hard to find locally and I was thankful to find them on Amazon at a very fair price.

The batteries were fresh and the printed expiration date was over ten years away.

- it is the same as the premixed pediasure but for some reason, but toddler would not drink the premixed but tolerates the powder one
- the instructions is given in cups which I find hard to measure out in to a baby bottle so I measured it with the scoop that comes with the similac formula and this is what its equal to:
For 6 oz of milk, use 3 heaping scoops
- it is not easy to mix so I first heat the whole milk in the microwave for about 30 seconds and then put in the powder, it's alot easier.
- there's no scoop included in the can
- you can cook with it and the pediasure website provides some recipes for you
- sign up via email on pediasure website and they will email you coupons that you can print out at home
- overall I would choose not to give this to my kid if I didn't have to due to the high sugar content: however since he is diagnosed for "failure to thrive", it has helped him a little in weight gain (it was recommended by the pediatrician & nutritionist) although it took maybe half a year or more to see results.

This time we found the powder is grind-ed to it's finest. Somehow the taste was little different than earlier though there was no difference in nutrients compared to earlier versions.

I am a 29 year old male 6 foot 1 inches tall slim athletic build. Most of my adult life I fluctuated between 175 and 185 lbs. This product is great. Very easy to use. And appears to be helping my nail after a few weeks of use. It is nice to have a product that is all-in-one. With the brush being built into the pen there is no mess.

I use it for hiking, and while flying ultralight aircraft. I get video in the air that is unsurpassed! It is pointing where my head is pointed, so if I want something in the shot, I just turn my head toward that direction... trouble-free.

I did have to tighten the strap around my head to it's smallest size else the wind would have blown it off my head and into the prop behind me. I have a 7 1/8 size head, which is about average I think, so it would be nice if it would go a bit tighter still. I have to consider it as I begin takeoff to ensure the strap is secure, then once in awhile while flying I have to pull it down on my head again just a little bit. If it were tighter I wouldn't have to do this, but then again, it might give me a headache?

When hiking, same deal on getting the view I want by turning my head that direction, but without any worry of losing it off my head.

I often have to turn the camera on first and then place it on my head once I am assured the red light is on, or have a partner look to see that it is recording. I've missed footage by not pushing the button in enough to turn it on... thus missing the experience.

Only thing i didn't like was how hard it is to mix. I can't buy a handmixer so I just stir the coffee for a few minutes with a fork. If you don't mix it enough it will be chunky, fair warning. But this is delicious! Love it!!

It is absolutely delivious! Make sure you pour it in really hot coffee and/or mix it really well (maybe with a frother) so that it doesn’t lump. It is a great product. I wish they had the subscription option!

I have enjoyed this product. It does no dissolve easily in my coffee, but I have learned to spend an extra few moments getting it dissolved. Provides energy and mental alertness. I have tried other keto MCT products. This is a good one.

Really like this product. Saw a few complaints about lumps, but that is easily solved. Put it in your mug and add a little cold water, mix. Then add your hot beverage and mix while adding. Turns out perfect and a great flavor.

I like the flavor of this creamer, and no high fructose corn syrup! That is a definite plus. However, it just doesn't dissolve well. You must stir and stir and still you'll have lumps floating on top of your coffee. I solved that problem by using it in a deep cup and giving it a whir with an immersion blender, but that's a lot of hassle just to put creamer in a cup of coffee. I probably won't buy it again.

Of the various creamers I've tried, I like this the best. I wish they'd put another ounce or two in the bottle but otherwise, I've gotten a month out of one can so I'm more than satisfied. This creamer tastes like creamer; not coconut or imitation powdered creamer. It's also convenient and somewhat filling. I like it.

These are some of the best tasting nutrition bars out there! While some taste chalky or have a weird sawdust texture, these are tasty while still being full of protein. They're perfect for my 7th grader to grab for breakfast or a snack before soccer practice on her way out the door. They're a great size, too. It sounds weird to say, but compared to most other nutrition or protein bars, these are actually REAL FOOD rather than synthetic sawdusty fiberous things covered in plasticky chocolate! We all highly recommend!

I love Love LOVE these! One bar weighs in at just 180 calories. They taste just like cookie dough, but you can eat them with less fear of judgment and salmonella. Bonus points for consistently helping me reach my protein goal!

I used to buy these at the grocery store, but they're much cheaper on Amazon. My first online order was in the summer, and the bars were actually delivered in a temperature-regulated box.

These are delicious. Maybe not all that awesome macro wise, but not horrible. 10 grams of protein for 180 calories, but flavor is great if you like cookie dough. Chewy like dough not like gummy hard protein bar. I like this just for sake of eating not as a nutrition bar so the protein is a nice bonus.

Zone Perfect makes the best nutrition bars, I've been a fan for 5 years or so & tried other brands that were horrid. Most Zone flavors I've tried don't have that cardboard texture/taste, they taste great. I saw the mint 1's & got them hoping my daughter would too, and she does. I can't say anything negative except the box is empty, I hope Zone has 10 bar boxes too. Prime prices are great in comparison to other carriers and stores.

I can’t keep these on the shelves at my house!! My husband coaches football, baseball and basketball and we have tons of kids around all the time—so I keep these around. Lots of protein and taste great!! They love them!!

Let's face it nobody really gets excited about a protein bar unless their is just no other options and your really hungry. Or your on some militant diet yuk. But you never know what could happen you miss your lunch break or maybe a zombie apocalypse. Either way I really like Zone perfect they are tasty and I carry them in my purse all the time. My favorite flavor is the salted caramel Zone perfect. I've tried a lot of protein bars. These are a tad on the sweet side but just satisfying enough that I generally am good with just eating one. Sometimes one is even too much for a treat. So far there is no other protein bar, for this price, I will eat. I used to love the ideal protein bars but hated the horrible price.

I have these bars set up for automatic delivery every month. Obviously I like them a lot! My only issue is that every ninth or 10th bar is stale. What I mean is, it’s not soft like the others, but instead hard And somewhat chewy. I’m not sure why this is, but I have definitely eaten enough of these bars to know when something isn’t right.

The best! I'm addicted. I love chocolate and do not need to eat cookies, candy or desserts. I now eat one of these in the morning and another after dinner and I get my sweet fix without the guilt or weight gain. I love them. I'm also a vegetarian and need protein substitutions, so this is a great option.

Oh my gosh! Such a wonderful taste!! Definitely does not have that protein bar texture. For 200 calories you get the texture of brownie and the taste of chocolate, caramel and saltiness! I've tried other brands like the ThinkThin Salted Caramel as well as ThinkThin Brownie Chunk as well and this definitely is WAY better than both. A million times better than the brownie one!

 At first, I honestly didn’t think it worked because I couldn’t tell a difference from my normal eyes with the glasses on with the screen. But clearly, it does! The product funality is pretty solid. I don't feel much of a difference in picture/resolution/clarity while wearing these, but my eyes do seem be less tired than normal after an 8 hour work day staring at the computer. These actually made a difference. I work on my computer 9+ hours a day and have to stare at my screen for long lengths of time reading. I love that these are blue light blocking but they look like normal glasses! Glasses also come with a little test that shows you how it blocks out the blue light AND a case with a cleaning towel for the glasses. You get great quality for the price and cute style. I love my Blu-blockers glasses! When they arrived, the company included a little blue light with a blue light sensitive credit card sized tester. I love these glasses! I've been wearing them for about a week now when I'm on my tablet or phone, which is quite often. I could see how some people would say that this is not flavored like "Starbucks" or "Coffee Mate" but that is only because this is made with all natural ingredients, as in the Gingerbread tastes like ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon, instead of synthetic sugar with a hint of fabricated ginger. I have been faithfully ordering this brand and product for a couple years, and it is great! I hope you give this brand a try.

I can't always stomach a protein shake everyday but I always drink coffee!! I put a couple scoops in my coffee and I could tell a difference in the strength of my hair in two days. Wish it came in a bigger tub though!

I really like that I found a vegan collagen creamer that actually taste good. I do use a tiny whisk to mix it into my coffe in the morning. My only complaint is the size for the price.

I love getting my collagen in with my coffee! It has a great creamy flavor and makes me feel great. Coffee usually makes me feel a bit dehydrated, but this creamer seems to balance that out. It does get a little gooey at the bottom so just make sure to get all that goodness at the end.
