5 star based on bang for buck....These are excellent speakers for 20 buck. I am a musician and a music elliest, and I have to say these are by far the best 20 dollar speakers I've ever come across. They don't have a lot of bass so if bass is what you are after DO NOT BUY! They are great for all types of music but if you want a lot of bass, these aren't for you! Easy install, and great sound for 20 bucks
bought these for my college boy's car. His rear speakers did not play at all due to the cones being completely cracked and detached. Since he does no have a sub woofer I bought these because they stated a low frequency response and have 80oz magnets but still did not pay much for them so I did not expect much. However, after installing them and turning on the radio I immediately noticed a very full and very nice quality sound. Much nicer than I ever remember his original radio achieving. I then proudly asked the boy to sample his radio and expected a "gosh pop that was awesome" reply. However, all I got was "at least the radio does not crackle any more". Oh well, kids! But I can accurate state that radio never sounded so good which is due to the installiation of these Boss speakers.....thinking about installing these very same speakers in my trusty old Hyundai.
I love these Speakers! They are very high quality especially for such a low price. Boss audio really has me hooked on their products. I really didn’t expect much from two speakers for 30$ but woah..! One note is that you may need an amp for them. My boss audio radio I bought does push them plus my stock speakers but any higher than half volume and they rattle. But! That’s not because of speaker quality. It was only due to my radio not producing enough power to push the speakers clearly. Over these are the best speakers around. And I will definitely be buying more boss audio proud the future
Excellent upgrade over stock. Had originally got a pair of $70 4" JBL's thinking I'd better pay for quality if buying something so tiny, but those didn't perform well without an amp. Without an amp, these put out, not tons, but ample bass for my ultra compact car using stock radio.
The sound for the cost is amazing. I wold not be trying to compare these to a JL Audio speaker but for someone trying to just replace some factory speakers, these are a major upgrade for a few pennies. I put 2 sets of these in my van to replace some factory speakers as one of them had been damaged and wish I would have done it long ago..

I love the way these sound, I have a component 6.5 with crossovers & tweeters. The 6 × 9's r in the rear deck & I ran new wires to an amp with BT deck & it sounds great not only crisp but nice bass. I love em.
Great sounding speakers. I purchased these speakers to replace some Polks DB651's mounted in the rear doors of my Tundra(Didnt want to spend the money on the Polks). Although they dont sound quite as good they have a very crisp sound with great travel. They were not an exact fit(slightly oversized compared to the Polks) so I had to do some trimming to get them to fit in the plastic adapter rings for the Tundra. I am very pleased with my purchase. Shipping was fast with no issues as well.
These sound great! The only problem I had replacing my speakers in my 05' dodge grand caravan is the connection was different. You might possibly need an adapter even though it said these fit my vehicle. By size they do, but the connector does not.
Good bass to them alone, you have to get an amp in order to get good bass out of them other wise you basically just bought replacement speakers
Absolutely amazing speakers for the price. Using a cheap 120 watt Dual deck to push these speakers in the dash of my 1985 Toyota pick up and a 200 watt Boss amp to push my 10 in kicker sub behind the passenger seat... both work like a charm, these 4 inch speakers are perfect for highs, mids, and a touch of lows 💪🏼
