I received a tiny little box in the mail. I was expecting them to be bigger so I couldn't imagine that's what was in the box. But it was. I personally like them little so this was a bonus for me.
They were packaged in very securely so they wouldn't be bounced around. They came in excellent condition. I got two that were the same but I really like them so that didn't matter to me.
Now just to decide how I'm going to replant them and in what. It will be fun to make different arrangements with them.
I love that succulents are so easy to care for.
I was very impressed with the condition of the plants when they arrived. I received an email from the seller at the time of shipping with specific instructions for care upon arrival. I took them out the package as instructed and watered immediately. The plants are healthy and doing great! Would definitely recommend to anyone.
I was very skeptical about ordering plants on Amazon.. but the seller left detailed instructions upon ordering and in the description, and when I got them, admittedly I did not follow any of them. Lucky for me, they still survived and they look great in my house. Very pleased with this, anyone skeptical about this should feel at ease.
I'm personally not very good at keeping plants alive but I'm trying to learn, and these little succulents are just perfect for the job! It's so great and convenient to just have them delivered to my doorstep since I'm so busy in my everyday life. Plus, they came in perfect condition! I got some really pretty ones too! These are absolutely adorable and I love them so much :) None of the leaves have any kind of rot; they all look healthy and ready to thrive! I especially appreciated that they came in pots already so that I didn't have to go out and find some. Also, they were packaged nicely with some cotton padding. When they arrived at my house the box was upside down and still they retained their composure just nicely.
I'm really happy with these and would definitely recommend them to my friends! :D

How to Grow and Care Succulents1. Open up your box immediately upon your succulents arrival. Never expose your succulents under direct sun when arrival2. Most Echeveria are drought tolerant plants. Never water your new arrival plants unless the soil is dry out, especially in cold winter3. Place it in a warm, airy location under indirect sunlight, filtered sunlight or shaded area. As with all succulents, careful watering habits and plenty of light will help ensure success4. Repot as needed, preferably during the warm season. To repot a succulent, make sure the soil is dry before repotting
I've never grown succulents before so thought I'd try something different. I was a little hesitant ordering plants through the mail and worried whether they'd make it in decent shape. However, the plants arrived quickly and because they were carefully packed arrived looking very healthy.
When I ordered the plants I was under the impression all 5 plants would be different varieties. It appears I only received 3 varieties (the reason for only 4 stars). However, they look fresh, with what appears to be good root systems, so I'm satisfied. The plants are a little small, but I expected that. Though I've only had the plants a few days they're already looking better than when I first received them so I'm confident they'll grow the way they should and that I'll be very happy with this purchase.
The package was so tiny I wasn’t sure what to expect, but when I opened it up they were perfect! Just as pictured and in great condition. They fit snuggly in the box with gently cotton on top to protect the “flower”.
I can not wait to transfer these into cute little pots for my window sill! They are also the perfect size for a small terrarium.
I’ve been purchasing succulents at street markets and florist for years at nearly double this price! What a great find!
These succulents came pre planted in a mini plastic pot, ready for watering and transferring into a decorative pot. I planned them in a round clay pot after a few days (the instructions say not to water them for a few days and to re pot them after a week or so). I have the arrangement as a gift for my grandmother and she loved it! She said they are perfect for her new kitchen window planter she built. I definitely recommend buying these - especially for the price!
When I saw the photos for this item, I knew what I was going to get for my mother for Mother' Day. The colors were so great and then (probably) a selection of 5 different kinds of succulents. As other reviewers have said, I was a little disappointed with the small size of the plants. And they aren't nearly as colorful as pictured. But Mom was very pleased with them (she would be happy if I gave her an old stick. She's like that...), so I guessed they were probably OK. But then we went looking locally for a tree for the yard. I saw these same plants for $2.95 each, BUT they were at least four times the size! All sorts of different varieties and with beautiful colors. So, now I'm really sorry I didn't look locally first for something like these. I'm giving them 4 stars because they look to be healthy plants. But at least for me, I could have gotten much more mature plants, more colorful, selected just what I wanted AND saved some money shopping locally. I do A LOT of buying on-line, so I've learned along with the rest of us.....Sometimes you win.....sometimes.....not so much.
Me and my gf wanted some plants really bad but live in a small apartment without much light. So naturally what can grow with window light and doesn't take to much effort? Tiny cactuses!
We got a good little variety of colors and none of them showed any damage from the trip. We watered them and immediately went out and bought some new planters (and repotted them before pictures oops).
If this is your first plant make sure you get soil for cactuses with good drainage and when you repot take a fork or tooth pick and work the roots out a bit around the edges and bottom. You don't have to go very deep but roughing up the sides will promote growth.
Also each leaf will bud a new plants so we are planning on trying to grows those for gifts to friends and family once our new little additions have had a chance to take root and get a strong foundation. Overall I think the quality is excellent and I highly recommend! Now just don't over-water them.
Fair warning: the instructions aren't the clearest but there are plenty of excellent guides online to clear up any questions.
