Here is the review that I looked for, but could not find... This is a great product. If you love dirty martini's you can't go wrong with this. It is stronger than what you would get in your olive jar, so you need much less of it. With the size of these bottles, although it was a great savings, will hold us for at least 6 months! My sister found some smaller jars, but she didn't think they were very good.
Bottom line, I will buy this product again!
I like my martinis extra dirty. Like ocean water with a dash of vodka. After many wasted jars of olives yielding little juice, I found this fella. No more straining! The flavor is spot on, and you can't go wrong for this price.
Also, when this arrived it was delivered in a comically enormous box - which makes me like it even more.
This makes a nice dirty martini and is a bargain compared with other brands. The smell and color are just right and there does appear to be a little sediment (a good thing). It's certainly better than using the fluid from olive jars which is not really the same.
One thing that is a little odd though, is that the ingredients list doesn't mention olives at all (see picture). Whether this is an oversight or because there's so little olive material in it compared to the other ingredients is unclear.
I love makin' the dirty martini. I have tried others, but prefer Boscoli because it is closest to the olive-juice.
I'm down-grading one star because screw top cover was broken. There was no leakage because of the inner seal. I think that the cover was broken because it was put on too tightly. This is the third time it's happened.
I have been a BIG fan of dirty martinis since college. As time passed my taste became more refined and good olive juice was difficult to come by - I would always run out of juice before olives. I took a chance in purchasing Boscoli - I figured, this product must be better than trying to squeeze the last bit of juice from the remaining olives remaining in the jar. I LOVE this stuff!! I just placed my second order. Some reviews say it is strong - I would tend to agree, but a true dirty martini should make a $20 hooker blush! Buy a bottle, you wont regret it.

I drink Bombay Sapphire dirty Martinis. The olive juice is good but not perfect. This is a very subjective review, it is all about personal preference. Still looking for the perfect Dirty Martini.
If you are constantly running out of olive juice before olives- this is the stuff you need. Reasonably priced for a big bottle. Great flavor! I've found it is a bit stronger than your average olive juice- so you might actually need less of it, and it will last longer.
Look no further!! I was so tired of buying expensive jars of olives to get very little juice. I like my martinis extra dirty and this mix was the best I’ve ever tasted! And so much value for the $$. An absolute must try.
The taste is strong, but since I like my drinks extra dirty - this works. For guests, not so much.
My brother likes martinis but was always complaining the jars of olives don't have enough juice. I bought this as a gift and he loves it. I personally have not tried it but if he loves it, it must be good!
