This does not taste exactly the same as regular shoyu but close enough. This is good for a low sodium diet & being able to spray it on food really helps in controlling the amount. I also bought the same thing in the bottle size...that one did arrive leaking over the rest of the items in the box. Luckily, the other items were not clothing.
I was happy to discover this product after purchasing some of Bragg's other products. It's a great way to add flavor with less salt than what you get in soy sauce in the USA. It's very close to the soy sauce a friend of mine from Japan makes at home. She's adamant that soy sauce in Japan has far less salt than what we get in the USA. If this product had a catchier name and product packaging, I imagine it'd be a household item. highly recommended.
I love this seasoning and so does my mom and every one I've told and let them try it. It seasons every food from meats, seafood, veggies, salads, french fries and just about any other hot or cold foods. Not much is needed for a special flavor or " zang."
I am doing Keto and was looking for a soy sauce alternative. A lot of substitutes have fallen short in my experience but liquid aminos actually tastes just like soy sauce and does not leave any type of after taste. I did have to use more aminos than I would sauce though and I actually found it cheaper in my local grocery store so I would only order again if the price drops.
This product is packed with flavor. I use it on turkey burgers and it tastes wonderful. Highly recommend.

The spray bottle is a must for popcorn and any food you just want a spritz. Flavor is great.
I use this instead of soy sauce. I love that fact that I can just spray a little to add flavor to my dishes.
