For all of those who are reading others complaining about the price point and the graininess of the product… Ignore them! This ghee by far is worth every penny and the final drink product tastes incredible. I have tried it with other ghees and nothing will compare. I have even started using it to replace the ghee I was normally buying from Whole Foods and have begun to bake with it and give it to my kids for breakfast. The texture of this ghee does not matter because it gets melted into a hot liquid. You are not eating it spoonful by spoonful. The color is vibrant, the taste is incredible and absolutely warrants the price tag. If you cannot afford it or don’t want to afford it then I wish other reviewer‘s would say so and leave it at that. But if you were truly wondering if it is worth what you are paying then the answer is yes! And for those of you who know the value of ghee, trust me when I tell you you will not find anything else that is this vibrant in color and quality anywhere else. We recently ran out and switched over to another brand out of convenience and have completely regret it it and have come to see how wonderful the product is.

I was worried because other people said Ghee tasted bad. Not this one. I use it for all my frying or baking needs. I love the taste, the high smoke point, and that I can keep it on the shelf!

I just received this product from a third party seller, +BestDeals+ - but on the product page they are listed as Bulletproof 360 which is misleading in itself.
The issue is the Use By Date. The sticker on the lid says, manufactured 1/7/17, Good until 1/17/18. While it is probably okay, I had been advised by my doctor to use this product up within a year. Even though it's a somewhat shelf stable oil and needs no refrigeration, oils do go rancid, especially in the heat. I would not use this up within 5 months. I want and expect to get a fresh product when I purchase it. Not one 7 months into its life span.
Why Amazon doesn't police these sellers is beyond me. I just got to keep the product (no rtns. on liquids) and got a refund. You just bought it, Best Deals, or whoever you are. And thanks Amazon for the good policy on refunds like this situation.

Ok, this stuff is so good I get extra on my fingers so I can lick it off. I can find no other Ghee like it - it has to be in the care of animals, the quality of grass and the health of the soil. What do I like most - that I believe Dave Asprey is absolutely committed to delivering us products that deliver us the best quality nutrition with the best taste. I can only afford so many special products - but this ghee, the Bulletproof coffee and the Brain Octane oil are my breakfast during the work week, so I spend the money to get the quality that I believe gets me the health outcomes I want - and did I mention if you blend these 3 ingredients in a blender you get morning magic!
Seriously, I can't believe I waited so long to try ghee. A friend recommended it years ago, and I thought nothing was wrong with my butter, so why bother. But on the keto diet, I've been adding a lot of the Bulletproof items (I also love the brain octane oil). This ghee is also wonderful because it's not solid like butter sticks, so I can always spread it, put it in the pan easily, or add to bulletproof coffee :) Flavor is truly incredible.
I mainly use this in hot beverages and it has a very good flavor. I see that some folks have complained about the grainy texture in some jars, but since I’m melting it I have had no problems with that. My only problem was with the jar. It’s very difficult to get open. I thought it was just the initial time, but subsequent uses were just as problematic. I solved this by emptying the jar into one of my clean canning jars; problem solved!
I thought it would last me for a long time since I (Foolishly) thought that I would be the only one drinking one cup a day. Now that my husband has found it, I will have to be doubling my orders soon. This is the best coffee product that I have ever had in my life! Thank you so much for having it on Prime, which of course has everything but the BulletProof coffee wins over all of the other products, hands down!! Very good quality ghee. There is always a shortage. That's how good it is. It smells amazing, like most ghee, but Bulletproof has a nuttier divine scent. Be careful of using too much at once. It smells better than it tastes, and your belly may hurt like Dhalsim from Street Fighter poked you in the solar plexus. The body has a hard time with too much fat at once. Just like most chairs.
