- pediasure is great for kids that need the extra boost but it is soooooo sugary (first few ingredients are corn syrup/sugar)
- it is the same as the premixed pediasure but for some reason, but toddler would not drink the premixed but tolerates the powder one
- the instructions is given in cups which I find hard to measure out in to a baby bottle so I measured it with the scoop that comes with the similac formula and this is what its equal to:
For 6 oz of milk, use 3 heaping scoops
- it is not easy to mix so I first heat the whole milk in the microwave for about 30 seconds and then put in the powder, it's alot easier.
- there's no scoop included in the can
- you can cook with it and the pediasure website provides some recipes for you
- sign up via email on pediasure website and they will email you coupons that you can print out at home
- overall I would choose not to give this to my kid if I didn't have to due to the high sugar content: however since he is diagnosed for "failure to thrive", it has helped him a little in weight gain (it was recommended by the pediatrician & nutritionist) although it took maybe half a year or more to see results.
Very good product. I mixed it with whole milk for my 16 month old who is very under weight. He gained a little over a pound in 2 weeks

My daughter looks forward to her milkshake every day and I can assure you from several spoon-lickings that she isn't off base. We've used a months supply and haven't seen much weight gain yet, but it's worth it for a dose of vitamins and a special treat.
My son likes it better than the bottled version. I just don't like that it needs so much powder to mske it

This time we found the powder is grind-ed to it's finest. Somehow the taste was little different than earlier though there was no difference in nutrients compared to earlier versions.
Our 2yr old was a little behind in the growth curve so started giving him this and it works. He has grown an inch and gained almost 4 lbs. he’s totally back on track, so this Mom is happy we brought this.
I can't believed how small this item it is. However, one I received it, I do understand how 14 Oz mean..... my little son finish one can in less than 3 days....
My toddler was underweight and his dr suggested we try this product. He was able to gain healthy weight while using it. The vitamins contained in the project was great and exactly what he needed. He loved the flavor.
