This thing really is SUPER. Found out where she was going and now they don't like me. So Sorry for that. Maybe they will quit going to the wrong side of town. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs to know where their car is going at 2 and 3 o'clock in the morning.
Before purchasing I read the mixed reviews. This is an excellent product that if you take the time to play with it will see it gives you more than just latitude and longitude, especially if you use the map it, which works with Google maps.
Confirm where your vehicle has been taken and catch him out on his lies. Then walk away with peace of mind.
Magnet is super strong. Holds under any weather condition and terrain! Vehicle driven for 2mos for over several hundred miles on long highways, backroads, etc..... Great product!
The magnets are super strong. Once you place it where you want it you do not have to worry about it falling off. The closure on the unit is very strong also.
Very strong magnet, sure will stay on. However, wish a caution had been given that once you attach it to the vehicle, it does not come off easily. I broke one of the magnet connection where it connects to plastic on the case when I tried to move the case to a more hidden location. How do you remove this device??

I got this weatherproof magnetic case for the Spytec STI GL300 I ordered as well. I needed a way to protect the GPS tracker and offer me a magnet to attach to my vehicle. The magnet is very strong and sticks very well. The case is constructed very well and feels very durable. Also once you latch it closed has a nice strong seal and the Spytec GL 300 still worked perfectly inside the case. Both items I am very pleased with for the price point. Nice work Spytec.
This is perfectly sized for my GPS tracker from STI - the tracker fits in there snuggly with both little cushions. No rattling of the GPS and the tracker looks as good as new months later. The case looks and works as good as new as well - through cold and snow and plenty of rain. The magnets are super strong and I've been able to place it easily on the underside of the car, and remove it when I'd like as well.
Awesome little case. Weatherproof and magnets are super strong. This is just a case, no batteries, so not sure why everyone is mentioning battery life. Just a case, but a darn good one. Closes tight and latches securely. Would buy again with no hesitation.
It's really cool! We can't see the car moving but it definitely gives an accurate location!
Purchased this to leave hidden key fob with car -- works great for that purpose.
We like to run rivers, and this often requires us to leave a key hidden somewhere on the vehicle so it can be shuttled to the take-out location. The shuttle driver then also has to re-hide the key at the end of the shuttle. With the new electronic key fobs, we were struggling with how we could discretely hide such a large object and keep it safe from the weather. This is a perfect solution as the compartment is large enough to hold our Subaru key fob and the magnet is super-strong so no worry about it falling off.
