Potassium Bicarbonate does a body good.
My dentist said that BP medicine was causing dry mouth. Dr. Berg on YouTube said that most people are deficient in potassium and that potassium lowers BP. Therefore I use Potassium Bicarbonate to lower the amount of BP med I am taking, by using a wrist-type BP meter. See Dr. Berg's video for proper use of the potassium. I have reduced BP med by 75% and dry mouth has gone down also.
Another trick for reducing BP is 5-6-7 breathing. Do 5 sets of inhaling for 5 seconds, holding for 6 seconds, and exhaling very slowly for 7 seconds or even more. This lowers my BP instantly, and is quite relaxing.
Great product. I use this to alkalize my RO water. I add 3/4 teaspoon of this to 2 gal of RO water and set the ph at 7.5. I use this to restore electrolyte loses during my training sessions because I sweat so much. So far it really perks me up and gives me tons of energy.
I wish I'd known about this product years ago. It helps with vericose veins and swelling of the legs. If I would have known about this year's ago I think my legs would be in better shape than they are now.
