I don't wanna be *that guy* that breaks the five-star review streak that this great product has thus far, but I do want to offer a word of warning: if you have an expensive and ultra-thin 65" OLED from a company with a G and an L in the name, be super-uber-certain that the tilt adjustment thingie on this mount (pictured) is VERY well torqued. If it's not, the TV could drop down full-tilt while you're enjoying a bowl of ice cream on the couch, thereby cracking the screen and resulting in a $3k paperweight (after just one week of ownership, I might add).
Unfortunately, nobody will replace our brand new TV because we didn't lie and tell them it was cracked when we received it—a "suggestion" from an employee at the store where we purchased the TV before he sent us up to the customer service counter. What an expensive mistake/lesson this has all been. And one that divorces are made of (OK, not really but it wasn't pretty around our house for several hours after "the incident"). Frick!
We are keeping the mount because it's very solid (unlike the TV), not to mention it's screwed into some farmhouseyish shiplap that would be expensive to replace.
Just know that the tilt adjuster and the hex key leveling screws on this mount need to be tight as all get out or it could break your stuff. Sigh.
This is a well made product that functions perfectly -- nothing like being able to get behind the tv to manage all these hdmi and other cables and wires. One thought on installation -- what I forgot to consider was that when the tv folds back against the wall it moves to the left -- so when you are placing the bracket its not about centering the bracket but taking into account the retracted position... ALSO, there is no way one person can even attach the bracket to the wall alone -- it is very well made --> i.e. heavy -- have someone help you and its a snap to get the bracket to the wall the to attach the tv.
I totally recommend this product
Absolutely LOVE this mount. Great quality and it was easy to install. The company rocks and even makes the instructions enjoyable to read. The mount is very easy to adjust and swivel. Holds my 75 inch Sony with ease, even fully extended.
Heavy and very well made. It is holding my Samsung UN82MU8000 82" Smart LED 4K Ultra HD TV with HDR. Pulls out, swivels and tilts with ease, tilt will need to be loosened and tightened when preformed. Rock solid product that deserves 5 stars.
JUST GO AHEAD AND PURCHASE THIS!
Seriously. Don't second guess it.
We purchased this to hold up a 75 inch Sony Bravia..we are very satisfied with our purchase.
**PROS**
Instructions FUN TO READ, EASY to understand
Parts packaged and labeled in a very organized way
Great quality, feels extremely well made
Television able to move all over and tilt
**CONS**
Heavy wall mount, need help to mount it (seriously though..that's not that bad)
The movement for the tv is a little hard, but for the amount of movement for a 75in tv, EXTREMELY impressed
It's odd to be super excited about a wall mount, but my boyfriend and I were so impressed we wanted to leave an excellent review for this product. I promise you won't be disappointed buying this. We got it for the humor in the product description and reviews we saw, and are very thankful we went through with this mount.

- We never skip leg day. Our heavy-gauge steel is strong enough to support TV screens up to 125 lbs.
- Pull your TV out 22" away from the wall for ultimate viewing. Place back 2.4" from the wall for the real slim shady look. Become the ultimate you. We believe.
- With up to 130º of swivel, you can watch your TV from anywhere in the room. Or, swivel it away from Todd. He's been annoying lately
- Designed to accommodate almost any VESA pattern, this mount is compatible with all major TV brands, including LG, Sony, Vizio, and Samsung.
- We give it our all. We believe in easy to follow instructions and chatting with humans. Our US-based Echogear Pro's are available every day of the week. Sometimes we are crabby on Mondays, but who isn't?
Wall mounting is the best way to get the most from your new large TV. Not only will it keep your investment safe, but will drastically enhance your viewing experience. You'd swear Charlie Sheen came over with all the winning you'll be doing once that 4k beauty is on the wall.
So how will mounting your TV improve the viewing experience? So glad you asked.
1. Your screen will be at eye level
If you set your TV on an entertainment center, the screen is often below the best viewing angle. By mounting, you can hang the TV in the sweet spot, with the middle of the screen lining up with your eye level. That gives you a better picture plus reduces fatigue during your Overwatch gaming marathons. Dibs on Zenyatta.
2. Point the TV almost anywhere
This is the biggest benefit of full motion mounts. By extending from the wall, you have space to swivel the screen to point at any seat. Now you can get the perfect picture while sitting in that comfy recliner you found on the side of the road. Trust me, watching the Fast & Furious movies from your favorite spot enhances the enjoyment tenfold. Man, the Rock is so bad-ass.
If you're feeling wild, you could even point the TV to a different room, like the kitchen. That means catching up on Silicon Valley while pan-searing that delicious bass you caught.
3. Eliminate screen glare
The only thing more annoying than screen glare is Carl clicking his pen at the office all day. If you pick a full motion mount, tilting the screen will lessen or completely eliminate your screen glare issues. Without needing tools, you can tilt the screen down and get the best viewing possible.
Not to mention all the safety improvements putting your TV on the wall gives you. Rather than your flat screen dangerously wavering every time you touch it, you can keep the screen securely connected to the wall and eliminate the risk of a tip-over.
This is a sturdy and well designed wall mount. I thought I wanted a mount that gets the TV as close to the wall as possible for a "clean" look, but after having to take down the TV a few times to get to the back, I decided that I can spare a couple of inches of clearance for the ability to access the back of my TV any time I want!
This was just about the only mount that I could find that would accommodate a 22" width (I know, an odd size, but it is what it is). The whole product; packaging, instructions, the mount itself, all SCREAM quality. Everything seems so well engineered and functional that I have no doubt this mount would hold my 60+ lb TV up for a 100 years (like I'll have a TV that long! ha!)
The articulating motion is really smooth for how much weight it's supporting. Again, really solid engineering.
I do think this product is a bit expensive, but it's been a great experience thus far.
AND THE INSTRUCTIONS HAD ME BELLY LAUGHING! It's a really nice touch to read some humor in an otherwise mundane product. Kudos!
ECHOGEAR: The gauntlet has been thrown! The only recommendation I would have to the manufacturer is to incorporate some sort of cable management aside from the included velcro ties. The problem with using those is that the cables get trapped by the articulating arms when the mount is fully collapsed. It's nothing that I anticipate will damage the cables, but if the articulating arm were hollow where I could run the HDMI and/or power cables through it, that would make this product just about perfect. From what I can tell, it's hollow (hint hint)...
Seriously, though, you make a good product and I'll be purchasing the size down of this mount for my standard 16" stud applications.
A little overkill for what I needed, but good future proofing.
The instructions were very straight forward and easy to understand. I almost felt like it wasn't the first time I was hanging a large TV. The only difficult thing about hanging this mount was trying to bolt the mount to the wall while holding it against the wall due to the height that I was hanging it. The instructions say to use two people to hang the TV to the mount, but they should probably mention getting help with that part as well, but this is pretty obvious. The bolts were great, and it was quite nice to be able to use a socket set to bolt it on rather than a hex head like some others offer. My floating entertainment center that I mounted below the TV had these and half of them stripped out.
All in all I am happy with the fact that I went with this larger model than going with the smaller and more reviewed model. I will certainly consider buying another one when I hang my other TV if it will support it.
This stand is so sturdy and built well. I wanted something great for my LG OLED 65” tv and was looking for a bit until I came across this mount and decided to go for it. I am glad that I did.
Overall, I really liked this product. Installation was pretty easy, and the price is great compared to other models that will hold a 65" TV. It has a nice heft to it, so there is no way this is a one person install; but as far as I'm concerned that just verifies that a properly heavy duty gauge steel was used in the construction of the main components. Moving this TV around feels easier and smoother than another full motion mount I have (and the other brand is holding a smaller tv, so it should be easier).
My only negative was this: the tilt feature hold screws are not strong enough to keep my TV (65" Samsung OLED TV) at any level of tilt other than straight up. I assume its due to the lever arm the TV creates with the tilt joint, but as soon as I tried to set about 3 degrees of tilt, the TV would just slide until it was at the full 15 degrees. I tried tightening the tilt hold screws, but they never held, to the point where the screw with a handle stripped out the threads on the receiving hole. I plan to repair this with a drill, a tap, and a bigger bolt; but it is more labor than I had hoped to put into it.
I had to mount a 65" LG TV (65UJ7700) to a wall with Studs 24" on center. Few Mounts stand up to the task and this one fit the bill perfectly. The rating was such that it even has my Cable Box & Sound Bar all mounted to the mount/TV keeping everything nice and tidy. The ability to pull the TV away from the wall and pivot is amazing for if you shift things into the other room and still want a good shot of the game. Additionally it's worth mentioning that the Smart-Home installers I had put everything together mentioned that having hung 1000+ TVs in the area, this was the nicest mount they've seen. They said it's way better than the one they sell even. So they asked me to email them the link as they may carry this as their standard for 'Big TV' mounts given it allows easy work behind the TV without taking it off the wall and then TV just goes right back up against wall maintaining a reasonable level of low profile. I'm super happy with it and will be ordering more when I finish my basement and need to put up more TVs.
