Pork King Good Low Carb Keto Diet Pork Rind Breadcrumbs! Perfect For Ketogenic, Paleo, Gluten-Free, Sugar Free and Bariatric Diets (Original) (Original, 12 Oz Jar)

This is the best product ever for low carb eating! I never rarely write reviews but had to for this product! I said to my husband the other night I am not sure if it’s the pork rinds or the air fryer but I actually prefer the pork rind breading better than anything else! Opportunities are endless with this product. I have used them for chicken parm, eggplant parm, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, toppings on casseroles, and even crust for cheesecakes! So easy and convenient and they actually come finer than the ones I have ground up myself. If I could give it ten stars I would!

When I received this product, the top was cracked and damaged. I contacted the sellers and they were extremely accommodating and responded to me within minutes! That alone deserves a 5 star review. On top of that, this product is an amazing breadcrumb substitute. I’ve been on the Keto diet for 1 year and I’ve been looking for a way to cut time processing the pork rinds. This product is the answer to those with some time limits when preparing meals- but it is also flavorful and perfect for low carb meals. HIGHLY recommend!

This is a game changer for anyone following a low carb, keto, or gluten free diet. But let's be honest, I couldn't eat my carb eating family and friends from keeping their hands of what I made!!! I love the plain crumbs because I can add my own spices and seasonings. I don't like heavy coatings, the pork crumbs are ground fine enough that they stick to your protein without any egg wash. Plus it saves time and who doesn't love that. I love cooking chicken, shrimp, and pork chops this way in my air fryer. It's like Shake Bake. The pork crumbs are also fantastic when making fried cheese sticks. You have a fan for life. Thank you for making such an amazing product!!!

AMAZING!! I used these to make air fried chicken thighs!! They were a HUGE hit with my nonketoeating family!! I am currently making mozzarella cheese sticks with them as I type this, hoping they turn out just as amazing!!! I will buy this product over and over again!!!

I made air-fryer pork chops and chicken with these pork-rinds. Pork rinds into a bowl, mix in paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Beat an egg in another bowl. Coat the meat in the egg (let it drip off some), then coat all sides with the rind mix you just made. Air-Fryer at 400* for 10 mins, flip, then 10 more mins - yummy and crispy!! I'm planning on making cheese sticks next!!

This product is amazing it saves me and prep time especially on a keto diet it's so helpful I've already made keto crisp( which is like a tortilla alternative), my meatballs have come out so juicy with the pork rind crumbs, and I've also use them to make chicken nuggets and they will be definitely the highlight of Super bowl Sunday thank you so much pork good!!!🤗💖.

I am on my third container. Each so far has had great taste, consistent texture. I continue to use and to reorder.

I have used the pork rinds several times for breading on chicken tenders and well as palomilo steak. I use regular as well as the Cajun flavored. I’m very impressed with the flavor and texture and especially like the low carbs

I’ve made amazing fried chicken and pizza dough with these “breadcrumbs”. Very versatile and so many recipe options! I’m on keto so these are perfect.

I am not on a keto diet. Plus I eat wheat. Wheat does not bother me. I am not recommending eating modern wheat to anyone. Modern wheat is toxic. Even if you have no problems. I just tried this product out of curiosity because I like pork rinds. Whenever I go on a long drive I usually take pork rinds or fried pork skins with me. Few pounds at a time to munch on. I thought of trying it as a breadcrumb substitute on some spiced potatoes/hash and some fish fillets. I made 3 batches. First batch I used wheat flour as the first dredging. Then egg and then finally this pork king crumbs. On the 2nd batch I just used eggs and then pork king crumbs. No wheat. On the last batch I used traditional seasoned wheat flour, egg and wheat panko. No Pork. Deep fried all 3 batches in clarified butter. The first batch was the best. Second batch was the next best. Third batch with traditional seasoned flour/egg/Panko was the worst. To the point I did not even want to eat that. So in a nutshell yes coating it with seasoned flour first helped with both taste and holding the coating. The second batch with only egg and pork crumbs were very close. I did not miss the flour. However, the traditional one with wheat flour and panko was the worst. I seasoned all of them with onion, ginger, garlic, chili, pepper etc. That was not the issue. The crunch factor is just way too superior for the pork rinds. My new favorite and I am neither allergic to wheat nor I have any diabetes. I recommend this pork rind breadcrumb to everybody.
