I needed a replacement charger for my Fitbit Alta and found this one and saw the price and had to get it. I was nervous at first thinking cheap price and not directly from Fitbit. BUT I’m impressed with what I got. You’d never know the difference from the charger that comes with the Fitbit or this replacement piece! I’ll be purchasing a couple more also for backup!
It’s a functional useable charger and is cheap. The only problem with it is that to reset an Alta there’s a button on the charger to do a reset (I learned this after my Alta would only show the fully-charged symbol on its face). It wasn’t a disaster, I just let the battery run itself down and then when I recharged it the problem was solved, but it was a mild inconvenience to not be able to use my charger for that.
This is the second time I've had to replace my charger for my Alta. I admit I've had it for a few years, so it may be expected. Especially because the design from the manufacturer leaves a lot to be desired. This one works great to fulfill the same duty the one from the manufacturer does that costs four times more. It is designed like the manufacturer's for a fraction of the cost.
This is perfect for recharging my Alta. The original charger that came with my Alta when I purchased it broke....still don't know how that happened! But I ordered this one and it is just right for my Alta. Works perfectly, no problems or issues. Does a great job of recharging. Was delivered promptly as well.
Love the price and it was shipped pretty quickly! The only thing I don’t like about this charger, and it has nothing to do with the seller, is that the cord is so short!! Otherwise it’s a very handy item. I really like my Fitbit and have had it for several years when the charger clip part broke into pieces, which is why I purchased this new one.

I was a little skeptical about this product but it’s actually a lot sturdier than I thought! The charger that came with my fit bit broke afternoon one week of use and this is already a lot sturdier and charges at the same speed as the other. I take really good care of my stuff I think the other charger was defected but this one for the price is fantastic! I highly recommend
My original charger finally snapped in two pieces, so I purchased this one. It was a perfect fit and looks identical to the original charger. I will purchase again. The quality is great and the price is even better! I highly recommend the Awinner Charging Clip for Fitbit Alta.
I'm not sure what some of the other reviewers were complaining about. Product is exactly as described (two prong clip charger for the regular Alta Fitbit), arrived in good packaging, at ridiculously fast speed, and for a very reasonable price. What more could I want to ask for?! If you happen to be like me and broke your Fitbit charger clip, but still have the wall plug, this thing is a guaranteed fixer in a flash!
Unfortunately I must of ordered the wrong charger. The charger I received was for an Alta and I needed one for Alta HR. I did not realize they were different and did not pick up on the different prong placements. It would cost me the same price to return it so I’m just stuck with a charger I can’t use. My mistake. But I did receive it promptly and it looks good. Can’t rate it’s charging ability though.
I needed this quickly and got it within 48 hours.
It seems a stronger cord than the one that I received with my Fitbit - but not quite sure.
I just know I needed it, it came, and I’m happily charging and counting those darned steps.
