Good beef. Better than PRE. I will order 90% lean next time.
l buy a couple pounds of this a week through Fresh and I've never had a bad batch, but it doesn't stay fresh in the fridge long so should be cooked within 24-36 hours. It's not as flavorful as it should be. Overall it's comparable to the cheapest ground beef from a big grocery store and the price should reflect that--$3.99/lb for this quality would be more reasonable.

This hamburger is fine and came well packaged. Once open use it quick. That indicates maybe not as fresh as one would like but it is within date and seems to be the 80% lean like it's supposed to be. I used it for grilling so any extra grease was burnt off and it tasted fine.
Out of the package it smelled great. As soon as it hit the pan I knew it was Excellent! This will be the brand of choice for us. I miss the Hamilton Meatloaf that was previously available on Amazon Fresh.

I'd never heard of this company. Being 80% lean, I expected burgers to shrink. Nope! Texture and quality are fabulous. Nice for anything you need ground beef for (including stuffed peppers). Good price, too.
Looked great, smelled fine and cooked with no issues. I cooked it and used in meat sauce and it worked quite well. Tasted great.
Came packaged and frozen. No signs of spoilage
Made chili tonight with this hamburger. Quite flavorful. I would buy again. Not too much fat, but just enough.
