So I tired this bread because of the Keto ingredients. Things you should know before buying. 1st it will not toast, even tried level 5 on our Kitchen Aid toaster - it didn't work. The bread has a wonderful vanilla smell and flavor, I think that's to mask the "egg-e" texture. I was looking forward to a sandwich bread, but no such luck. However, this bread makes a wonderful french toast replacement. We added peanut-butter and some Swerve and it was wonderful. As a backup to making my own bread I would buy it again, the organic ingredients make it pricey but it's a good healthy breakfast alternative.
