I wanted a computer that I could hard wire for my grandchildren to use, and this desktop fit the bill! The computer looks brand new, set up with ease, and I am very pleased with it. The true test will be how it stands up to regular use, but I am hugely impressed by it. Based on my overall first impression after the first several weeks of use by a three and six year old, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase one the next time I need a new computer.
We purchased the PC one week ago. The photo on Amazon showed that it had WiFi, but it wasn't included when the pc arrived. We called the seller. He pointed out that the information page did not state that there was WiFi and that the photo was a stock photo used by Amazon. We chose this pc because of the wifi. The seller sent us a dongle, which he did not have to do. We appreciated this. Thus far, the pc has worked quite well and we are pleased with both the purchase and the seller.
The computer itself is what I expected and will be good for a younger child who is not going to do extensive gaming. But - BUYER BEWARE - the pictures indicate that it comes with a keyboard and mouse and that it has WIFI. These items were not included in the computer I received. It was just the tower and a power cord. Customer service was pleasant and offered to send me the items that we missing, explaining that the extra items don't show up on the invoice as separate items therefore they don't know to put them in the box. So I have a computer with no WIFI, no mouse, and no keyboard, until they are able to send it to me. BUT - they have to send it via USPS, and not UPS, therefore, it will be at least another week before I get these items. Unfortunate for a Christmas gift.....
Update - Even though I did not receive a call back from the customer service manager, the keyboard and mouse and Wi-Fi adapter were received by priority mail. The customer service was appreciated.
Just got it today, a day earlier than promised. Setup was a breeze! Just plugged everything in and it started loading Windows 10 all by itself. It even connected me to the internet through my ethernet connection all by itself. The box was packed well everything works so far. I am very happy! It did come with the mouse and keyboard also. It is super fast. Great value!
Ok for someone with just everyday needs, pictures, web browsing, social media, streaming, word processing but I wouldn't recommend something like this for gaming (unless its browser type games like candy crush etc.). Arrived on time and as advertised, no problems with it so far.

Basically a computer that helps to connect with the outside world (videos, call, surf in the Internet, etc) but not for large tasks because the memory and the storage is very small ... but it does an excellent job.
Works great. Wi-fi didn't work, but they fixed it free of charge. Very happy.
The PC working wonderful, this what I was looking. I requested for a replacement of the mouse. A new none was sent immediately. What service can a customer look for, if not where your needs are attended to as fast as possible. Thank you so much. Will definitely look for other products.
The solid state disk is noiseless and very fast. Nothing negative to add
Opened the box and noticed there was no wireless card, contacted the seller and the over nighted a dongle... Can not fully test computer yet so the rating may go up everything works great...
