I buy all MSC seafood products to protect our ocean wildlife and maintain scientific standards. This Msc canned tuna doesn’t disappoint. It is rich, juicy, and is way better than cheap Walmart tuna. I highly recommend American Tuna. Share the word, because it is worth paying more for the higher quality and sustainability of good products like this.
Reminds me of the Tuna that I used to eat. Flavor, consistency and omega 3 is fantastic! Will continue to buy. I also feel good about the constant mercury and radiation testing done on the Tuna.
If you like tuna, you REALLY must to try this one. It's pricey but it is, without question, the best canned tuna I have ever had. I didn't even realize there could be that much difference between one tuna and the next until I tasted this. And I appreciate their philosophy on fishing. It is well worth the price!
We had about quit buying canned or packaged tuna in the store as it just didn't seem to be the quality that it once was. Noticed the ad for the American Tuna brand while shopping for something else. Just tried the first can and extremely pleased with the quality. Will purchase it again.

American Tuna Inc. was formed by Six American Fishermen; these American Fishermen are leaders of the American Pole and Line Fishery with generations of Heritage in Pole and Line Albacore Fishing. The quality of our canned product, as you will see is unmatched anywhere in the world. The fish are handled and processed with the highest level of care and caution. All of our Products are hand filleted and hand packed in Oregon, and all of our Albacore is Sustainabily caught in the North Pacific. Our products are hand filleted, hand packed Sashimi Grade Albacore Loins. Packed in the can by hand raw, sealed, and steam cooked packing itself in fish oil. The only ingredients in this can are Albacore and Sea Salt. The packing method gives the customer 8 - 10,000mg's of Omega 3 per 6oz serving naturally, by not baking the product prior to canning the Omega 3 retention is 100%. In addition, in the 6oz product the customer receives 6.2oz's of Albacore in every can with No Draining. The oil in the can is Fish Oil and Should be included with the Albacore while breaking up the Steak (note: there is 42g's of Protein per can as well, 14g's per serving, 3 servings per can). The Albacore Steak in the can was taken from one albacore at a time and is not compiled from multiple albacore.
We've been ordering American Tuna for 3 years now. It's always a great product and well worth the higher cost. We also like that, while other companies pride themselves in using ridiculous amounts of wasteful packaging, American Tuna tries to recycle. This month's shipment came in a Dove soap carton. Lol.

This is the best tuna. I have been buying it for years directly from American Tuna. If you buy fish oil supplements in costly little capsules to reduce inflammation and as a source of vitamin D, you will realize the virtue of NOT draining the oily juices form the can. This is not just high quality tasty food for me; it is essential medicine -- better than pharma. My husband makes a wonderful nicoise style salad with American tuna. Thank you fisherpeeps!
At last tuna that’s caught and processed in the United States. Not only is it from the US it doesn’t smell like cat food when the can is opened, it’s very good mild tuna. I was buying it at Publix but they quit carrying it, not sure why, so I was thrilled to find it on Amazon.
If you like tuna, you will love this tuna. It isn’t anything like typical canned tuna and even my wife, who usually hates tuna, loves this stuff.
