I have 4 of these cameras now around my house. They work perfectly for what I want them to do. At night you can still see pretty clear even without the night vision on (this gets reflective when there is another light source). I've installed as high as a 256gb MicroSD card inside one of them and it recorded to it just fine, if you prefer you can always subscribe to their CLOUD service and never have to worry about a Memory card. They come with a cable and plug in, motion activated, audio is pretty clear (2-way). 1st photo of the Living Room the night IR is on, the Outside and Kitchen shots are without Night IR. There are mounting kits that you can get to help mount them onto the walls. However I have them just sitting there. I hope that this helps...
We own 5 Yi security cams and we love them !!! The picture quality is very good and the app is great .... we own 2 rotating cameras and 3 fixed.... you do not have to pay for a cloud service... we do not !!! Just install a micro sd card in each camera and that will let you see all motion events for several weeks or longer depending on traffic.. a limited cloud service is free and the free service is very good
We tested them in the house, keeping eye on an elderly family member with balance issues the 1st few days. Day & night vision is fantastic, sound is great, and the 2-way communication feature is awesome!
Once we set the cameras up in the farrowing barn (super easy!!) we used the alert system (monitors movement &/or sound). One interesting feature of the alert system, is that you can select your movement alert area. There is also a baby cry alert. Alerts can be adjusted from low to high frequency, and will be sent to your phone. If you have a micro SD card inserted, it will record everything. We haven't done this yet, we just check the live feed; it's kinda addictive when you have baby piglets! 😁
We are quite pleased, & have recommended these to several friends with farm animals having young. When you invest time, money, and heart in your animals, it's pertinent to know when they are having babies. Complications & injuries can be avoided if you know about them in time.
One thing I did was test a theory: one camera was in the barn, & one was in the house. I adjusted the one in the house to face the TV, turned on a tv show I liked, and watched & listened to it, through the app on my phone, while out in the barn, just to see how well it worked... it worked great! As long as you have good internet signal, it works fabously.
If you have any reason to watch someone/something & need to run errands with peace of mind, these are for you!
These cameras are great for the price. We use them to watch my mom upstairs. The sound picks up everything even the Clock.
I bought these cameras to monitor my dog and they work wonderfully. I'm able to keep track of him and the quality of the camera is really good.
The set up process was extremely easy and so was the installation. I definitely recommend them for anyone. Their cloud service is also very reasonable, but if not they do have the option to use micro SD Card, which is very convenient.

I’ve purchased for of thee cameras and it’s on of best purchases I’ve made. It allows me to see what’s going on outside my home with a wide view of the property. It records non-stop and so you’ll always have full coverage.
I've bought my first YI Camera on Oct. 2018, and love the quality of the picture, easy to connect and view from my android phone, and so I bought 2 more camera, I am hoping that this will last longer that the other brands I have used. I would recommend this product to anyone, the price is right. So far I have not encountered any problem of issue.
I love this product! I especially love the microphone feature. I use it to talk back and forth to my son while I am at work. Makes me feel safe leaving him at home now. ( He is 13).

I now have 2 of these and 2 of the 720p cameras and let me tell you...read that review. Great cameras at a great price!
I installed 2 of these cameras in my home and one outdoor camera outside and I love them I think they work great super easy to install and quality is really good the app works great also
