This does not fit a 1998 toyota camry. My factory wiring only had one wire harness plug. This comes with 2. Neither one fits. If one did fit, it wouldn't work because the second plug controls power and speakers. What's up Scosche?
EDIT!!!!! This does fit. My car had a work around for a single DIN radio which was all spliced neatly into one plug from factory. Others having the same trouble may have the same solution. Just find the 2 plugs that look like they shouldn't be disconnected and connect your new harness plugs into them. Tuck the original sing wire plug out of the way. Don't worry, the original single plug is dead from being disconnected.

Wire colors didn't match up exactly to colors on head unit, but that's pretty common. Some research in the head unit manual solved that problem
Bottom Line: Great wiring harness to hook up your aftermarket head unit to your car. Just be aware that if you haven't done this before, wire colors are typically not all exactly uniform. If it's close, then that's probably the right one, but you may end up with a few stray wires on both ends that leave you scratching your head. Some quick research about your head unit will tell you what each wire does, and then you will have no problem connecting it to the appropriate wire on the wiring harness.
This kit let me pre-wire my daughter's new stereo for her '06 Prius with ease, sitting inside in the AC.
Made installing it a snap. Easy to follow wiring code. I showed her how to solder and shrink wrap the solder joints.

This is my second set of the Scosche TA02B Wire Harness for Toyota. I used this harness to connect the aftermarket radio and the factory vehicle harnesses. It worked as designed. I am happy with this purchase.
Got this for the new Sony stereo I picked up for my 87 Toyota pickup and it made the installation a breeze. I've installed a few stereos and these are the only way to go, you should never cut your stock harness when these are less then $10. Match the diagram on the package up with the one from your new stereo and connect them, simple as that. If you're reading this then you probably need one so get it!

Fit perfectly for my son's Scion XB. If you're looking for a lot of hand-holding directions, you won't find it on Scosche's minimalistic packaging. But for the price, if you have an okay idea of what you're doing - it's tough to go wrong with these especially at this price.
I bought this set weeks in advance, in anticipation of buying a Bluetooth radio when I found a good deal. Glad I did, because the same adapter kit cost about 3x as much in the store where I found an excellent Black Friday deal on a Pioneer Bluetooth radio.
Easy to use harness. Most colors match up perfect with vehicle harness making it simple to match wiring.
If you have volume controls on steering wheel you will lose these functions unless you purchase the kit
that will allow for it. Also you will lose the AUX input that the factory unit allowed for....otherwise it's a
decent purchase.
Fits a '97 limited 4Runner, just remove wiring harnesses from amp and plug these in.
Scosche makes good quality products. I have been using this brand for years on my stereo installs. I've never had an issue with one of their connectors.
