Got this in the mail today and it was suppose to show up on no day the 20th. I tested it when I got it and works exactly like the pen it came with. Product is really good and I would buy it again. I was really sketchy on buying this but I'm glad I did and the price it good for this cause Samsung them selfselfs would want more. So I give it a 5 out of 5
The pen that came with the note 8 snapped within 3 months of usage so I decided to take a chance with the "Samsung EJ-PN950BBEGUS" replacement pen on Amazon.
Usage:
I have the replacement for almost a month and so far so good. The replacement fits perfectly in the slot and when taken out of the slot, the air command interface pops up every time like the original. The replacement is very responsive as there are no glitches or lags when using it with and without a screen protector.
Packaging:
Small, simple, and thin box, no junk at all. Packaging was just the black box, the white case to hold the pen, the additional pen tips.
Verdict:
I would buy this again if needed but let's hope this replacement last more than 3 months.
EDIT:
As of 10/12/18 this pen still works for me and I would buy this again. 5 out of 5.
EDIT#2:
Dropped the replacement into the sewer when I was walking/playing on my phone. Got a replacement for my replacement on 12/10/18. Packaging is still the same as original review and works the same. Still stand by my review.

I ABSOLUTELY love this! It's just like I didn't misplace my S-pen that came with my Note 8! Just LIKE it! The price is cool and the only place you can get a Orchid Gray replacement, Blue, or Gold S-pen is Amazon. Samsung only sells the Black S-pen which isn't fair, but that's their choice! You WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

Here you have the "REAL Samsung Replacement" that comes in a Samsung box no less. It's just like the one I got at another MAJOR multiple outlet store for comparison purposes as I am sick of buying bad styluses and bad screens.
I was not paid for this review. I bought both styluses and tested them both on my two Note 8s. There are plenty of buyer beware styluses out there, but this one I personally bought 2 of, and they work like a real Stylus should.
I have purchased at least 4 (my wife says 6) styluses that were not the real deal. This one, it may be in a plastic baggy inside the box, with TIPS and a TIP remover, but who cares, how can you beat this at this price?

I ordered two replacement pens from other companies on Amazon and had to send both back. I use my pen every time i use my phone and this one is exactly like the original! I'm so happy I finally found the perfect one!
Wouldn't you know it.... I found my orginal stylus an hour before I received the replacement. I guess I will keep it... just in case I misplace it again. So... since I have both I wanted to share my opinion of the SPen replacement product. Its spot on! Side-by-side there is no difference visually. Mechanically, it took a few seconds for my Note 8 to detect the pen but otherwise its equally responsive. It feels like its the same weight. The top click sounds the same. It slides in and out of the SPen cradle perfectly. No complaints at all. I hope it holds up to daily wear but I can not comment on that until I start using it.
Definitely an oem replacement. Learned the difference between knock-off and original early on with the S-Pen. The NOTE 8 is no exception. Avid user of the
S-Pen and from to time to time will go through Stretches of habitual losing the S-Pen. I purchase the replacements in multiples. Have yet to experience any issues or challenges pertaining to the responsiveness or executional functionality. Very pleased. Sooner or later I'll be CONFIDENTLY tapping the reorder icon...
Read a lot of comments before purchasing this one. This is the 3rd one I have bought that claims its real legit made by Samsung. I just keep getting my money back or returning them here and on eBay. In this case, if it's real or fake it does not matter to me.
It performs as good as the original and that is what I care about. The pressure, accuracy, and sensitivity all seem to be spot on to me. I like to do a lot of lettering, drawing, adding signs and notes to photos, etc.
I am happy with it. It's way less money then the original you can get on the Samsung site. It comes with the tips, removal tool and a box that all looks great.
Long term I will update this review if any of this changes. So far I am very happy with this S-Pen!
