This miniPC met my expectations very well and in every respect - namely speed, memory and disk space, back panel connections as well as Windows 10 being a must. After a couple of months' usage I am quite pleased with its performance. I am a thoroughly experienced PC/laptop/all-in-one/server repair person and knew what to expect from a refurbished product. Being familiar with the complete Dell set of product lines as a Field Technician I can fix any issue that may crop up,and so far, no issues with this one. I have personally seen how only a few out of a hundred computers (~4%) actually fail throughout the Dell line, but thought the low price for the warranty was just pennies so I purchased it anyway.
The speed is actually more than I had hoped, especially for my net browsing and Photoshop needs. The unit arrived on time and I would recommend buying this product to likewise individuals as the price point is great, its form factor lends itself to easy out-of-the-way placement on my desk and for me the front panel has a certain stylish appeal. I did consider the Dell Optiplex 7010 but this model won out on price. Again, most pleased!
The item came fast with good packing. The tower is not the 990 series that was in the description but rather it is the 790. I had seen another review which said the same thing, to me that's misleading and borderline bait and switch. The hard drive however has a greater capacity than in the description which is good and compared to my 720 Optiplex this item is much faster for me to do my work from home.
I sent them a message indicating that the keyboard and mouse that were advertised in the description did not come with the system which is no big deal since I have several spares and if they send a replacement for those I will note in an update.
They did send a usb plug but what it's for is a mystery to me. I have not gotten a response to my query on the keyboard but it's been less than 24 hours. Other than those few things that I mentioned I am happy with this purchase. If they sent what was advertised I would have given 5 stars.
The computer arrived in less than 3 days, at 1st power-up I experienced a boot config. problem, I called the seller (Computer World Ent.) and their tech. resolved the issue in less than 5 mins. - not a major issue at all. Oh, I had to reset the date and time as well, expected event really. The computer is terrific, runs quietly and smoothly and it is completely dirt free. This computer was upgraded from Win 7 to Win 10 and is a refurbished unit. The mouse and keyboard were included. As a plus the clock speed is advertised as 3.1mhz but it is really 3.3mhz. All of the other spec. data is as advertised. This is a very nice, powerful computer for the selling price. I am very satisfied.
Seems to be a good PC so far. Regardless of the description, my computer arrived with no accessories, keyboard or mouse, and the warranty states that is only valid for 30 days.
Contacted the seller. They assured me my warranty was for the entire 1 year and they will ship out the accessories immediately.
Accessories were received as promised!
If you are computer literate (know what and where the device manager is) I highly recommend this PC for basic computer needs. I set this PC up for my Dad to surf the web, office and to work on taxes and it is great so far. FYI: No Wifi adapter. I dont use this PC on a regular basis so I cant speak for it as a full time PC but from what Ive seen its seems to a solid PC and Im currently considering it for myself to see how it stands up to a full time PC role.

This is a good, well-made machine. I have used Dell Optiplex for several years now and have never been disappointed. I had hoped the PC had a HDMI port, but it was not included and was not identified as a built-in option. I recommend this machine to anyone looking for an inexpensive, high-quality PC.
This unit was obviously used, with some scuffs here and there, but overall in really good shape. It was the 990 as promised, and I had no issues getting it to work. Setup was easy, and I am pleased with the performance for the price. I use it for office applications, and it works just great, a notable improvement over my laptop I have been using. It came with the USB WIFI adapter, as indicated in the product pictures. I do not have any complaints, and decided to order a second one.
And this one is no exception. It is exactly what I needed for what I wanted to use it for. To set up in my sewing room for Pattern Maker Boutique programs. The only problem I have with it is Win10. I remember the good ole days when Windows were so much easier to use.
Great PC for the $$$! Just the right upgrade I needed. Replaced an older Dell Optlplex running Windows XP! Perfect!
