These are great. The smell when you open the bag is amazing. I bought these to make an infused oil and for a tea. These hops are a good quality.

Perhaps THE hop for American Pale Ales. It can be used for bittering, flavoring, finishing, dry hopping. With it's spicy, 'citrusy' flavor profile Cascade has earned favor with many homebrewers and microbrewers. Typical alpha acid is 5.0-7.0%.

I purchased these hops for my boyfriend, an avid home brewer, for his birthday. The aroma/flavor is nice. He has been brewing with pellets and said the whole leaf hops make a huge difference. I look forward to trying some of the other varieties in the future!
