Plum Organics Mighty 4, Organic Toddler Food, Variety Pack, 4 ounce pouches (Pack of 18)(Packaging May Vary)

I have a 2.5 year old that sometimes decides he doesn’t want to eat. I can’t force him to eat, but he will always accept one of these pouches if offered to him, without fail. He can be a little bit of a picky eater, especially with food textures and beverages, so these are awesome.

We were originally buying the GoGo Squeez apple sauce pouches as a quick snack for him, and he enjoyed the different flavors. But I started thinking that we could do better in terms of sugar content and nutrition. If he’s eating these fairly regularly, I figured they might as well have some added benefit. So I tried the Ella’s Kitchen Smoothies for a while. They have a little bit more nutritional value, but they were also 5x the cost and also pretty high in sugar. I also tried the Happy Tot Toddler pouches, which have even more nutritional value, less sugar, and were much less expensive than the Ella’s Kitchen Smoothies, but the kiddo didn’t like them for some reason. We tried a couple flavors and gave up; maybe the Happy Tot had a different texture? Who knows.

So then I started trying a couple of the Plum Organics pouches. The original favorite was the Mighty Four line. What originally drew me to them is that they have chia added for Omega-3s, and that they have a decent amount of protein (in addition to vitamins A, C, and E). They come in flavors that my kiddo likes, are fairly low in sugar, and the price isn’t outrageous, especially on Subscribe and Save.

Then, out of nowhere the child decided he wasn’t going to drink milk anymore. So I started looking for other ways to get him calcium and Vitamin D without milk, and the Mighty Four doesn’t have these. After a couple other failed options (orange juice, etc) I found the Plum Organics Super Smoothies. They are basically Mighty Four, but with calcium and vitamin D (and even less sugar). The Super Smoothies aren’t available on Subscribe and Save, essentially making them $0.10 an ounce more expensive than Mighty Four, and they don’t have as much protein. So I keep a mix of both (Super Smoothie and Mighty Four) in the house in a couple flavors each, and just try to make sure I balance them with whatever food I’ve managed to feed him that day (i.e., if he’s low on protein I give him a Mighty Four, and if he’s low on dairy products I give him a Super Smoothie).

Now, do I think these should be used to replace actual food? No. But they definitely have an important role in our picky-toddler-nutrition strategy. Also, it’s super cute when he runs up to the cabinet they’re in and says, “red! blue!” to ask for one.

Product itself is awesome, kids love it even at age 5 - we have had this on subscribe and save for a couple of years now. We just had a problem with the fact that one exploded en route in our last order... I've also had instances where there were only 5 pouches per box instead of 6, only one box of six were delivered instead of two, etc. Overall, I can't complain about the product, just inconsistent with what I get with each delivery.

Well, I've determined that these don't have crack in them, though my two boys act like they do. They are absolutely addicted—not sure if it's the packaging or what, but they love them. In a way, that's great because we can use these healthy fruit squeezies as rewards for good behavior or eating other healthy and less appetizing foods. Some parents need to tease ice cream or candy. We tease with fruit.

There is a dark side—our boys have consistently sloppy diapers. When we run out of squeezies, normal stool returns, but when they have their 4-5 of these a day, diaper changes are pretty bad.

My daughter LOVES this flavor of pouch. She has been eating these since around 8 months, and she is almost 3 years old. We still use these pouches as a morning treat to get her moving, and she always will choose this flavor when given the choice. I have tried them all, and she still just wants "blue". I buy these through Subscribe and Save and save 15%. Definitely worth it! They are so convenient and handy, and she'll always eat it. It's nice for when she has a cold or isn't feeling well, she will still eat this.

Quick, handy and my toddler eats them fairly quickly. We provide these packets to supplement the servings of vegetables he doesn't get throughout the day especially since they can be picky about what they eat. We do our best to each night introducing the same vegetable at least 20 times or so before moving on to the next one.

I buy these for on the go, lunches and snacks. They taste great and there are lots of combinations. Mostly eaten by an 11 year old and an adult. The squeeze packs are very convenient, you can take them anywhere. The lids are also great for crafts.

My baby LOVES these- I think he could live off of them. My concern was that these would mess up his poops with new foods or because it’s all a liquid but everything’s been fine this first month! We get two boxes- this one and another variety of the same brand and they have been a life saver for church days and traveling. All the parents need these. No more messy messy babies!

I love the blend of flavors they create. I feel like I'm giving my baby a balanced meal with one pouch. And last night, when I wanted a midnight snack, for some reason the most appealing thing in my fridge was an unfinished one of these pouches. I sucked down the black bean, pomegranate, and guava one myself. Yum!

Let’s be honest. As much as we’d like to teach babies to eat veggies and fruits. It’s hard. If it tastes weird and looks weird they aren’t going to eat it. I bought these and will keep buying them. They are handy to throw in the diaper bag and he can have one at dance class waiting for his sister, after school snack or on the car. I love these.

9 month old likes the flavor and I love that it has some oats because it seems to fill her up enough to hold her over until the morning. I love how there's no added sugars and it's all organic!
