I've ordered many MacBook Pro chargers as replacements, and none have lasted very long nor have I been able to use the original adapter with them. The original MacBook Pro adapter works with this charger which is great! I cannot attest to how durable this charger is as I have only had it for about a week. It does take slightly longer to charge than the original MacBook Pro charger, and it heats up a bit more as well. However, this charger so far performs much better than other replacements chargers I have bought. Just for transparency, they are offering me a $10 Amazon gift card for a review. That being said, I do actually like this charger better than others so far.
Charger works well for my model A1278 MacBook Pro. Comes packages nicely within a small box. Charger includes the wall charging unit, however it is compatible with the extension piece from original charger. I appreciate that this charger has two ways to contain the chord - either the Velcro or flip up plastic parts on charger base.
The reason why I have to buy a new charger was becaus smh old one started to get loose and couldn't charge. This new one that I just bought was great. I wouldn't have to worry about it falling off from the adapter or not charging. It's pretty strong. I'm loving it so much!
I was nervous about buying non-apple cords for my old macbook, but all my mac cords had shredded and become fire hazards. This seems to be working well. The cord is a little shorter than ideal, but it works fine.
Seems to be well built for the money, magnets securely in place and has the small charging indicator light. I never had the OEM charger so I can’t compare but I doubt anyone would know the difference so the main thing at this point will be durability over time and hopefully it won’t catch on fire.

This product works well for macbook pro. Mine is an old Macbook pro (2010). So it was hard to find one that would help my laptop to hold on with a good charging capability. This is the best I have found.
Received this charger today and it seems to be very well made and worked as soon as it was plugged in. Charged my MacBook Pro with no problem at all. Looks just like an Apple Charger at a fraction of the cost.
Product works fine, but is surprisingly lightweight compared to the original charger (may be a good thing for people traveling.) So it may feel a bit cheaply built. Design-wise, it looks the original adapter, including the clamps to wrap the 'extra cable' - unlike other ones out there, so some style points. Seems to charge the battery fine, hope this product lasts long enough.
I don’t know why the original power supplies fail but this replacement has been working well so far so I’d vouch for them at this point.
Product arrived fast and on time. It was packaged very well. Great charger for the MacBook. My son needed this charger for his computer fast. Im very pleased with the service and the product.
