Love that I can make Pho at home on those cold rainy days that I want to stay indoors. I didn't end up adding any of the optional fresh ingredients ( mint, sprouts, chilis ) and it was still a satisfying Pho experience. Everything was included in the box and there was easily enough for 5 large portions. Next time , I'll try the " add your own protein " option from their website and add shredded rotisserie chicken.
I found this kit convenient and easy to make. The instructions were great, the estimated time to prepare was spot on and the end result was a tasty meal! My only wish (which would be difficult to implement) would be using fresh veggies in these kits.

This is such a comfort at home to be able to make Pho! The flavor hits the spot and the portions are very generous. I'm buying another one to store in my kitchen for a rainy day.
