ClearClick 14 MP QuickConvert 2.0 Photo, Slide, and Negative Scanner - Scan 4x6 Photos & 35mm, 110, 126 Film

ClearClick 14 MP QuickConvert 2.0 Photo, Slide, and Negative Scanner - Scan 4x6 Photos & 35mm, 110, 126 Film

Everything works great with the scanner, easy to use and really good quality. This was a a present for my in laws and they loved it! They learned to use it very quick.

So EASY. I have a gazillion slides and photos so I am not looking for studio perfect results. This is to pass onto the family. Slides go fast and you can see them easily before choosing to save. Photos are a little more cumbersome. The unit sits on a base. You lift the unit off the base, lie the photo in place and replace the base to capture. Nevertheless it works so well. The battery lasts for about three hours but is easy to charge. I haven't gotten to using the editing software or uploading to my computer, but so far so good.

The product arrived quickly and was very easy to set up and start using. The instructions are very clear. I have only used it for photo conversion so I cannot speak to the ease of use with slides or film. The process is quick but is made quicker by grouping photos together by size otherwise it will be necessary to adjust the size setting on the controller more often. I would have given a 5 star rating if the device had an automated feeder for loading the photos. The tray upon which the picture is placed is actually very thin so pretty much the entire device that is seen in the product photo is the part that will be moved off of the tray after each conversion is made. The device is light but, if you are like me and have hundreds or thousands of photos to convert, then be ready for a lot of repetitive motion. The product comes with a 8 gigabyte memory card but I chose to upgrade that to keep from having to transfer and then reload the card. I am not very computer savvy and that is why I bought the ClearClick. I am happy with the decision as it seems to perform as advertised.

I love love love this product. I bought this because I had 78 photo albums to scan that belonged to my Mother-in-Law. You are not actually scanning it is appears to be just taking a photo of your photo. This only works on photos up to 4 x 6. The only thing is that it says you can lay it on top of the photo in the photo album and scan it right on the page. However I found I the plastic on most of the pages was usually scuffed so scuff marks showed up in the copied image. Therefore I had to remove the picture from the sleeve and then copy it. But this was much easier and quicker than using a flat bed scanner. I did have to use a flat bed scanner for photos larger than 4 x 6. It is true what others have said also the ClearClick even seems to enhance some of the photos that were not that great to start with. I copied over 10,000 pictures and still counting. I would highly recommend this product.

In around 24 hours of working at it, I scanned over 700 photos most from negatives but some from photos too. It’s really easy to switch between photos and negatives. You do have to select the format though so I piled the negatives and photos by type so I didn’t have to go back and forth as much as it can be slow going back and forth thru all the formats to select the one you want. My only negative with this device would be that the screen needs to be viewed straight on so it would have been better with a flip up screen. Still, great product!!!

I like I can do more than one slide at a time. Good clarity to photos. I have many many slides to do so this product will be a life saver

I got this to scan all my negatives. It works well. The battery charge last quite a long time. The picture quality is very good. The only reason i didn't give it five stars is that it's a bit fiddly to put the negatives in the holdet.

I wanted to get my photos out of the shoe box and get them online. This did a wonderful job and did it quickly. The only flaw in it is that the screen is hard to see from an angle. If you want professional quality, this isn't it. But it sure as heck did the job for me.

Works well. The design is simple so it should last a long time. Slide/negative images are slightly cropped, so you don't have to edit them later, but the outer edges of the image are lost because of this. It's a compromise in the design but I would have paid more to have a zoom feature where I could adjust this myself.

Super easy to use. Just put the Scanner on a photo, click, and it's done. There are a few size options. Not good for really big pictures.
