This was an extremely popular meal kit in our household. The cauliflower in particular is delicious and the 8 year old wants it again, ASAP (we ate this two nights ago). I think she’d like it to be included in every meal kit.
We ordered an extra piece of beef since we split it three ways and we all like steak. It cooked fast and was slightly overdone but great. The two adults enjoyed the kale salad with the goat cheese but it was a bit strong for the kid. The cauliflower was a big hit all around.
If you like the basic ingredients, you can’t go wrong with this meal kit.
Dang, this was tasty. The steak is a tenderloin, and I feel like I have finally learned how to cook tenderloin properly so that it is seared on the outside and juicy inside. I also appreciate that this recipe is low-carb(aside from the raisins in the kale) and possibly gluten-free. (I personally don’t have these dietary concerns, but am sympathetic to those who do.) This dish would still be delicious without the romasco sauce, but it takes it over the top in making this meal feel special.
Whoa— this was seriously good. Personally would prefer potatoes to cauliflower but everything else was fantastic. I’ve had a few Amazon meal kits now and this is probably my favorite... and there have been some good ones.
Kale salad was a tad dry but not enough to detract from our enjoyment significantly. Steak was tender and moist. Cauliflower was delightful, particularly with a smear of the Romesco sauce. May not visually appeal to children but if they try it, they'll likely enjoy it.
This was really good and easy to make! We will definitely buy it again.

Made it with Alexa providing directions and it was seamless. Loved every part of of the meal. This is the second meal kit I’ve had from Amazon and have been really impressed with both. Would very much recommend.
