I just got the product Saturday for my daughter. She was extremely pleased. Her computer hadn't worked for some time. The same charger with a couple more adapter pieces is $50 at Best Buy. So glad for the price difference. It works great.

Received the ZOZO Ac Replacement Laptop Power Charger for Samsung 11.6" Chromebook within 2 days of order and it worked well and was as advertised. Would recommend it highly as it seems to work well. Time will tell on the matters of durability/lifespan/reliability. Seems to be a good value for the money.
My daughter's "hand-me-down "Chrome Book" bit the dust when the input jack broke off and she couldn't charge it. If you're trying to find a Chromebook power cord and wondering if this is one of those crappy ones--this is not one of those. I've been thru several cords now and this one is solid. I would buy one of these again (note to self).

Received the product very quickly, even here in rural Alaska, which is amazing. And it charged my Samsung Chromebook 3 right up. (The original charger stem had gotten bent and eventually broke off.) Another brand I tried didn't even work when I plugged it in.
Right out of the box it was easy to setup, and easy to use. I never got the original adapter that should have come with the laptop, however I can't imagine that it would work any better thanow this ZOZO adapter. Recommended.
I bought this because the silver tip on the OEM charger that came with my son's Chromebook broke off the day we got it. He's been carrying this replacement charger to/from school in his backpack for 8 months and we haven't had any problems.
Didn't come with what I needed but the store was able to help me find the right piece and easy to talk to and perfect customer service
