I almost didn't get this because reviews suggested it was bland. I'm a total foodie, and dislike bland, especially after losing some of my sense of smell. I thought this dish (and sauce) had a lovely lemon flavor, and was not bland at all. It was not overly salty either. Added a dusting of good quality Parmesan, and my husband said he felt like we're having a nice dinner out, only were cozy at home, annoying our meal at a fraction of restaurant cost, and I had it on the table in 15 minutes. The only thing I would change is having Tyson raise free range chickens. Maybe one day.
This was fantastic, basically everything I want out of a meal kit - Chicken was absolutely delicious and actually way more food than I expected (picture is 1 of the 2 servings). Really easy and quick to prepare, but still got to enjoy the cooking part. Everything was really fresh too.
Pros:
- Chicken was well marinated, I enjoyed the lemon flavor
- We got 3 servings out of it
-At my skill level, I am not a good cook and blue apron has a lot of steps, luckily this was pretty simple
Cons:
-peas were a little questionable. We used our box before the best buy date, but it did sit in my fridge for 5 days, and by then the peas were not of the best quality. We also under cooked them adding insult to injury.
Surprised at the reviews. We thought this was easy to prepare and quite tasty! Best part was it's also super fast.

Glad there are more choices showing up from Tyson Tastemakers. This one was easy to make and a nice meal.
The chicken was very tasty. Great easy meal. Everything was fresh. We made it the next day. We got 3 servings out of it.
