Was served this with my vodka/tonic on a plane. I thought, "this is a bad start to a vacation- not even real lime. What is this crappy powder sugar substitute." Then I tried it. The clouds parted, the angels sang, and sunbeams simultaneously came through the little window. Sometimes places have bad limes, or I don't trust the line bowl sitting behind the bar for who know how long and I carry this to use. It's just concentrated lime. It's amazing, and I am in love.
Like many others have said before me, this is a product that I simply cannot do without! It is literally something I use every single day. I have cut soda from my diet many, many years ago due to me being overweight. My drinks now include only hot/cold coffee and tea and water with True lime. When I first started my weight loss plan, I basically continued eating unhealthy food and not exercising. The one thing I changed was cutting out the sweet drinks and let me tell you, that ALONE has made all the difference! I've tried True Lime, Grapefruit and Lemon and personally, I prefer lime over lemon in my water. Grapefruit is also another awesome flavor. Think of it as passion, orange and guava (POG) but without the sweetness! There really is nothing better to pair your water with these with these packets. They are extremely convenient and best of all, makes you actually want to drink more water! I use two packets of lime everyday to fill up my 64oz HydroFlask. The one thing I have noticed is that for both the lime and lemon packets, they can get clumpy. At first I thought it was because I wasn't storing them in a cool place but the grapefruit packets never seems to get affected. It's not a deal breaker but rather more an annoyance because I now have to tear open the entire packet to dump the clumped up crystals out. I also never had any issues with the crystals not dissolving. A couple of shakes in my growler and they disintegrate fairly quickly.
I've recently used these with sparkling water and they are even more enjoyable! For those that are scared about these slowly ruining your teeth enamel and whatnot, use a straw.

BUT - Use caution when ordering the "TRUE" products!! - the ades like black cherry lemonade, etc - contain stevia.
I HATE all those sweeteners - horrible aftertaste in mouth. Read the product description - this one TRUE lime, TRUE lemon, TRUE orange, and TRUE grapefruit are just the fruits, NO additives. ALL the "-ades" have the stevia.
Really impressive flavor and oh so easy to use. If I didn't know these single serving packs were used instead of those real limes, I cannot recognize the difference! A new product for me and this will definitely be a favorite. The crystals dissolve in both warm and cold liquids . . . tried the warm first but it really wasn't necessary. Use in your favorite recipes and enjoy!

For those that are having a hard time dissolving the crystals, I put a little bit of hot water in the bottom of my bottle and swirl until it's dissolved. The solubility of crystals (due to the terpene based lime oil, which has low to no solubility in water) requires a temperature slightly higher than what you would normally put in a bottle for drinking to get them dissolved.
Once they are dissolved, you can add in your cold water and swirl in some more to distribute the flavor.
BTW - This is amazing. This saves me from buying and cutting up limes to help me drink water.

I need caffeine at times, and get it from cola drinks, but am not real fond of their flavor. Of the colas I have tried, I liked Diet Coke with lime in it the best, but they stopped making it in bottle form several years ago... so I keep a few of these packets in my purse, and add them to diet Coke or Pepsi, to make it better!
A little goes a long way - I could use one packet to lightly flavor 3-4 servings of a drink at a restaurant, or 2 bottled sodas (no ice)..
I love a hint of lime in beverages, especially in water and sparkling water. I have found that pre-squeezed lime juice can often have a funky taste, but True Lime tastes exactly like fresh squeezed lime juice when added to water. I have also used True lime in place of lime juice in recipes. I recently used it in guacamole and it added a pleasant, tart lime flavor.

I know it says lime and I know I was expecting lime. But this is "fresh" I just squeezed a dang lime, lime tasting goodness. I even add this to chicken when I am cooking and people dont believe it wasnt an actual lime.
I bought these because I knew I needed to drink more water but I really don't prefer drinking plain water, especially with meals. These are convenient to carry in my purse or pocket and taste great!! The taste is MUCH better than the liquid artificial concentrate you can buy and is like using fresh lime/lemon. Now I'm drinking more water and I have almost completely cut out soda!! The price on these boxes is much cheaper than I can get in my local grocery store! I like that the crystalized version is available without being a drink mix with artificial sweeteners, just my water and lemon/lime is PERFECT!
