This tool works great! Definitely works better if the meat is still very cold and firm but still works even when it starts warming up. First time using this I trimmed 11 briskets. Sped up my meat prep! Wish replacement blades were sold on Amazon.
This is an excellent tool to trim the brisker. Does a fantastic job at trimming the fat and saves me a lot of time and effort. Just make sure the brisket is chilled, as even this won't be able to deal with soggy fat.
The most amazing bbq tool in existence. I hate trimming my brisket but this thing makes trimming fast and easy. The blade is incredibly sharp and you can get replacements if ever it goes dull.
PHENOMENAL! I’ve used this for both brisket and strip loin trimming and it works great on the corners and sides. Don’t try to trim too deep in one shot. Many slices=easier work. It’s now a needed tool in my BBQ arsenal, and I’m buying back up blades as I speak.
I've always bought untrimmed briskets and trimmed them myself to save some money. This tool has made the process so much faster and easier.
