I gave this five stars because it was what I expected for the price. If you're looking for a luxurious, top of the line case, then this is not for you. You get what you pay for. I got it for a MacBook Pro 13" model A1706. It's a nice enough case for me. Love the turquoise color. I had NO problem getting the top and bottom pieces to snap on and stay on. There are no directions with it and you have to figure out which way to turn each piece before snapping it on. That may be why some people have had problems with the covers not staying on. The top piece is not the same on all edges. You can tell where the little tabs need to line up with where the lid of the laptop needs to pivot to open (photo #1). It does not interfere with opening and closing the laptop. When putting the bottom piece on, you have to make sure it's turned so that the little cut out area is where you lift the laptop's lid to open it (photo #2). They need to SNAP on. I had no problem with it. The keyboard cover was a nice surprise. It's colored to match the cover. It's thin enough that it doesn't interfere with typing, and it lays flat (photo #3). As for the screen protector that comes with it, it's like any screen protector that I've ever used - I just can't get it on straight and without a lot of air bubbles! You get one shot at it. It's the way all of them apply... I judge everything by, would I buy it again? In this case, yes.
The casing for the laptop is fantastic - it fit very well (I own a 2017 MacBook Pro 13" without a Touch Bar) and it was really easy to install it.
However, I have two issues regarding the rest of this product:
1) The keyboard cover is only compatible with a MacBook Pro WITH a Touch Bar. I guess I just assumed that this product included a keyboard cover that would fit my laptop (since the product description said this product would be compatible for a MacBook Pro with and without a touch bar), but unfortunately it didn't.
2) Two corners of the screen protector were not adhesive, so there is a gap on two corners of my screen where dirt and debris could get into and potentially scratch/ruin the screen. I will contact the seller and hopefully they can send another screen protector that isn't defective. Other than that, the rest of the screen protector adhered well to the screen; and it even includes a hole which doesn't obstruct the camera.
*EDIT: I reached out to customer service to get a replacement for the screen protector, and a representative responded and shipped a replacement very quickly. The replacement screen protector adhered so much better this time - no defects in adhesiveness anywhere. I am much more pleased with the product after I experienced such accommodating customer service.
I bought this for my MacBook Pro 13inch 2018 with Touch bar and Touch ID. I'll start with the case.
The case for the MacBook is very sleek. It barely adds any bulk to the laptop. Looks and feels great. Of course this case is not going to protect your laptop completely from drops/falls. It will however, protect it from scratches to the outside on the top and bottom of the computer. The finish feels like a matte silicon. Kinda has a slight rubber feel but not as grippy, if that makes sense. That's the best I can describe it. I really like that better than just a regular plastic cover because that would probably be more slippery when holding the laptop or even when its on my lap. Silicon tends to grip skin/clothes better than plastic. But don't worry, this is not one of those soft rubber silicon skins either. It is still a hard shell just with a silicon finish to it.
Next is keyboard cover. I really wasn't planning on using this thing as I felt how in the world is this not going to slip off the keyboard since the keys are almost flush to the computer itself? There is hardly anything for the cover to grip on to. However, I found it to be pretty good. It stays on very well as it almost has a sort of sticky rubber feeling on the bottom and a perfect indentation for each key to help keep it in place. It also helps to keep dust and spills out which is definitely a good thing. There isn't too much of a difference in feel when typing other than the keys feeling more grippy, however, it does take some time getting used to as there is a bit more restriction on the fingers when pressing the keys. Very subtle though.
The little sack bag that comes with it to carry some of your accessories is very nice and feels like pretty good quality. I'll probably fit my charger adapter and USB-C cable in there with no problems. Nothing really more to say about that. It works!
Then finally the worst part about this product, the screen protector. As far as how it looks and the ease of installation, I would have given this a 5 star rating. It doesn't affect the clarity of the screen in anyway. In fact I can't even tell that a screen protector is on this laptop. It's just as glossy as the display itself so you can't even tell its there. Just make sure you follow the traditional method of applying screen protectors as dust will create bubbles so you may need to use extra tape to remove these dust particles if you want a perfect installation. The bad thing about my experience is that I guess my screen protector came in slightly bent on 2 corners. So after I applied it, there are now 2 corners on the left that won't go flush with the screen. I can imagine that over time, dust particles will collect under it and make it more and more noticeable. Possibly even having to remove the whole thing later if it gets worse.
All in all, I would highly recommend this product. I probably just got a bad screen protector so in no way does that mean the product is bad, maybe just needs to be handled better when packing it for shipping. Hopefully yours will be ok. If it wasn't for that I would have given this a 5 star rating. It really is a great product and I am really glad I bought it. Hope this review helps you.
Fit perfectly on my MacBook Pro and provides exactly the protection I was looking for. I use the keyboard cover also. Case was easy to place over the computer. Be sure to click in place for both pieces, seems like it's too big on the bottom piece, once you click in place however it fits just right and is snugly in place. Great price to keep my Mac from getting scratched up or dinged.
Also it's very light weight and thin. This was important to me, I didn't want to add thickness or heft to my MacBook, and this does neither, while protecting it well. Great product at a great price. I bought the clear, and the space grey color shows through nicely.
Had some concerns reading reviews but decided to try it out anyway. Overall, very pleased with the MacBook Pro cover and keyboard cover.
The accessories bag is a nice little bonus. The screen protector is a plus, but I did not go with the install because I just don't have that much of a need for it. Extra set of four (4) bottom cover feet came with the product, as well, but I don't think I will ever need them. Installation of the outer cover was literally a few snaps and only took several minutes. The cover is a matte finish and very clean looking with the matte feel I was looking for.
Keyboard cover lies on top and I do not have any problems with it. You can see the underlying lighting through the covers lightly, but you do lose some of the brightness of the keys through it - a non-issue for me. Photo included for reference.
This product allows the Mac to retain its feel, but with the desired custom look I was hoping for. I do not have fingerprint issues that some buyers described. Amazed at how well this is manufactured, especially for the price, and it makes the computer feel entirely new while protecting it very well.
I'd get this again if I needed another and glad I went with my gut on this. Hope this helps other potential buyers. Thanks!

What I love: The touch of the case is smooth and soft. It is opaque, so the apple logo does not show through. The top cover stays put and was easy to put on. The keyboard cover is a dream come true. It stays put, looks great matching the case and protects my keys from the occasional crumb. I haven't applied the screen protector yet. The base does slide forward once in a while, but I don't find fault with the design as the MacBook Pro's hinge design prevents the cover from going around the hinge. The package came with an additional keyboard cover and a storage bag which I use for my plug and adapter. The turquoise color is not as vibrant as the photo. It is more of a soft green turquoise but I like it just as well. I am not sure this cover would protect much of the case if dropped, but it is great for protecting from scratches and digs that occur when carrying the device around. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. It met my expectations in terms of design and shipped quickly.
This was an unexpected surprise. Usually, I somewhat disappointed in the quality of the case, the appearance, the fit, or any one of other criteria. In the "case," I couldn't be more pleased with this product. The fit is perfect, both top and bottom. Though admittedly the instructions are a little sketchy on the installation, it only took me a couple of minutes to figure out how to get the bottom shell to click into place. I guess I didn't pay close enough attention to the "what's included" part. I was pleasantly surprised to find a screen cover, though like all screen covers...and as another reviewer mentioned, it's hard to put on the cover without at least a couple of bubbles...the nature of the beast and how much time one spends to clean the screen. I thought I had done a really good job only to find one dust particle under my screen...no do-overs...but I can't see it unless I want to obsess over finding it and staring at it. The keyboard cover was another amazing surprise. It fits very well and is completely unnoticeable while using the keyboard. It just lays over the keyboard and you have a 50-50 shot of getting it on the right way the first time. I didn't, but no big deal, just turned it over and it fits fine. For the price, this keyboard is nothing short of awesome! No doubt I could have gone to the Apple store and bought something similar at 3 or 4 times the cost. MOSISO has another identical product that's $2 cheaper, but doesn't include the keyboard cover, and I think the keyboard cover is more than worth $2. Anyway, I'm completely pleased and a happy customer. BTW, glad the product description included the model numbers that this case fit. So be sure you are ordering the right case for your MacBook model. Don't complain to the company if you order the wrong one as they make it very clear which models the case fits.
I have purchased this same product (same color as well) twice. The first time, the corners of the top cover began to chip and I assumed it was because I played with the corners a lot. After purchasing it a second time, it began to do the same exact thing...chip away little by little, even without my playing with the corners. On the bottom cover, the little plastic parts that attach to the side of the touchpad broke off pretty quick, so the bottom cover no longer fits snug on my laptop. I'm not sure if it's with this color way or if it's the formulation of the product itself...but I'm not going to purchase for a third time. You basically get what you pay for. I use my laptop a lot for school, so maybe it can't withstand constant, every day use. If you are someone that uses your laptop every so often, I would recommend. Otherwise, I would say maybe purchase for the first time and if it does what mine did, don't bother purchasing a second time. Overall, OK.
This laptop protector case goes on well and stays on well. It is the perfect color for my tastes (mine is rose gold). I really like having the keyboard cover, too, because it keeps the dust out of my keyboard well. I do wish, though, that the lights on the keys could come through the letters on the cover, which they don't. But, one of my favorite things is the screen protector! It took me a while to figure it out. A word of caution - they actually send a cleaning cloth for your screen. Use it and use it well! Otherwise you will have pieces of dust under it, which show up as bubbles - not pretty. The screen protector has its own protective film on both sides of it to keep it pristine. So clean your screen really well, then peel the side that will go directly onto your laptop screen. Lay it down carefully. I found it easiest to start at the bottom where the corners are square. It is made to fit perfectly on the MacBook Pro screen. Then, you can peel off the top layer and your screen will be better than it ever was. This protector keeps my screen from becoming spotted by the key cover and by other things as well. It's just more resistant to things sticking, I think. Enjoy!
What I LIKE about this:
*The actual cover. I feel like its durable material, thicker than I anticipated (which is a +) and it clips on pretty well. I have a MacBook Pro 13" 2018 w/touchbar and retina display.
What I DISLIKE:
***The keyboard cover. it sticks to the keys as if there's precipitation under the cover, and I hate this. I have cleaned and wiped completely dry with a microfiber cloth and the cover continues to stick to the keyboard.
***The storage bag. Very cheaply made. As soon as I opened it up I noticed the threading coming apart on the inside.
***This also came with 4 different "feet" circle things. Not really sure what these are for and there's no instructions and information on them with the packaging. I'm assuming there given in case the feet that the case came with initially comes off??? No clue.
What I'm NEUTRAL on:
***The screen protector. This was the biggest push as to why I decided to choose this brand of a cover, because of the bundle and the price-point. The screen protector didn't really come with any instructions except for the tabs Step 1 & Step 2.. which is really all you need if you've ever put on a screen protector for anything in your life. Why I'm neutral about this is the air bubbles. I'm not a fan of the air bubbles. When I first put it on there was pretty big ones and a lot of them. I was able to get them down to micro-size and towards the bottom of the screen. You can't see them unless the screen is off, which is another plus.
OVERALL THOUGHTS:
.... for the price point, this is a very decent bundle.
