Ok, let me start by saying I have never used a sugar substitute. Always heard how bad they are (Equal, Nutrasweet, etc). Yet, all the research I found on Swerve was different and it sounded much better. Having adopted a diet that restricts table sugar, I needed to find something for cravings. After reading all about Swerve, I decided to give it a try. I was using a recipe for Keto Fat Bombs and this was the sweetener they recommended. This product made the recipe sugary sweet without being overboard. The confectioners sugar was smooth & powdery. When my bag ran out I went to the grocery store, but they only sell the granulated Swerve. So here I am on Amazon. I bought the big bag this time as I really like this stuff.

Bought this to make buttercream for birthday cupcakes - by gosh - it tastes & works exactly as powdered sugar!

It does have this weird cooling sensation though - less so once frosting "crusts" but still somewhat. Super weird drinking water right after trying it. Still better than using sugar for glycemic purposes.

Made sugar free protein muffins as cupcakes & needed a worthy frosting. It worked. Perfectly!

My family has recently switched to a keotgentic diet and this has been our sugar replacement of choice. Flavor is amazingly identical to real sugar. If you’re looking for a sugar replacement without an artificial after taste I’d 100% recommend swerve products. We used this to make homemade ice cream with heavy whipping cream, vanilla and a few tablespoons of swerve, INCREDIBLE! Super versitile and great tasting.

I'm on Keto and use this sometimes for baking, though I try not to go overboard with desserts! :) For my budget, this is too expensive so that's why I deducted the one star. I can't afford to use this in a lot of recipes.

Hey this stuff isn't too bad. Pretty good. No bad bitter after taste like a couple of the so called natural sweeteners on the market. But beware if you are like me and sensitive to the so called natural sweeteners it will give you gas and can cause mild temporary diarrhea .

This is by far the best erythritol blend on the market. I experience no cooling affect and the oligosaccharides really seem to sound it out perfectly. But, the price isn't friendly to people like me on a strict budget. I currently use the NOW brand which is manageable. I add a touch of 90% steviasides stevia to boost the sweetness.

The versatility of Swerve is incredible to be able to have the occasional sweet treat. I've made many items with the confectioners Swerve including icing, berry syrup, and whipped cream. I've served stuff made with Swerve to guests that aren't low carb in any way and they've enjoyed the treats as much as we have.

I am on a sugar free diet and have recently started using swerve on my doctor's recommendation. It doesn't have the super sweetness like stevia and is natural. In baking and cooking, this tastes the same as those recipes I used to use sugar in.

LOVE, love, love Swerve Confectioners! I've been doing a ketogenic diet and have found Swerve to be the best sugar-replacement product to adapt my old recipes and make them keto-friendly. The "cooling" effect doesn't bother me or my non-keto family (in fact I love it with citrus flavors) and it doesn't create any gastrointestinal issues like some sugar replacement products. This has become a staple in my keto kitchen.

This product is great and I have used it in many different things! Keto sauces, brownies, cookies, cheesecake, many things! The product is very fine, makes for great texture. As with all erythritol products, you will get a cooling effect, but I don't mind it.
