Update***
I thought I would try these again because other reviewers had liked them. I have now ordered them several times with no issue. In fact they are great and have become a staple in our household. Always fresh with a good expiration date that allows for more than one day. Also they are cut like normal chicken breasts. Much better than my first experience. I thought it only fair to update the review and stars.
This was my first Fresh order. The chicken arrived the day before it was to expire. It also seems we received the center of two breasts. Typically when you buy chicken breasts they are split in the center. What we received was four centers with the sides removed, probably to be used for something else. I will give it one more shot leaving notes that I want a better expiration date. No one wants old chicken!
I have purchased this several times now from Amazon Fresh and it is very good. I have been buying chicken breasts for many years for a good large family and I can say that these do, in fact, taste better than the average brand of chicken in the grocery store. It tastes as good as Bell and Evans brand. My kids also immediately noticed the taste difference and texture on these. Most chicken needs to be tenderized (pounded a bit) but I don't have to tenderize the Bare chicken.
I also don't have any complaints about the quantity as I don't think the size is misleading if a buyer pays attention to the measurements. As for some complaints about the chicken arriving spoiled: I can say that I have had other Amazon Fresh items arrive spoiled and just at the expiration date, but their customer service is exceptional and has always issued a refund immediately. That is the best one could hope for in this situation.
I would recommend giving his chicken a try.
Excellent chicken absolutely fresh and tender. However, others are correct
in misleading amount per package. A 1lb. pack clearly shows picture with
four pieces. You get two. The 2lb. pack clearly shows a picture of six pieces.
You get four. Like their brand but may switch because I don't respect the
misleading amounts and have seen no change.
$11 for 4 chicken breasts is a little steep. I thought there were 5-6 in the pack based on the photo. There were 4 breasts in the pack. They arrived fresh and were cleaned and trimmed as described.
Good chicken but the picture is very misleading, as many others have said. You only get four breasts, not six. The packaging is the same though- 32 ounces of chicken.

My only turn offs are that you can only get the small trays and these are chicken breasts cut in halves. I have a large family so this option wasn't of much value to us.
High-quality chicken, though the price is a little steep.
I have bought this chicken over and over again. It's great quality with great flavor for a reasonable price. I purchase 4-8 packs at a time just to make the delivery worthwhile.
Perfectly trimmed. Not overly saturated with solution like other brands. Will definitely buy again
Came to me still frozen which is a good thing. What you see in the picture is what I got delivered.
