So I bought this sleeve just so I have some protection for my new MacBook Pro................Well this sleeve proved to be WAY stronger than I expected. My friends and I were going down the express way at 100+ mph on our motorcycle when my bag ripped open and my laptop went flying and skated down the express way. Turned are picked up the laptop fearing the worst. I opened the sleeve and the body was fine with a slight bow. Then I opened it turn it on WORKS perfectly! Not complaining about the bow for a laptop to survive 100+ mph fall on the express way in this sleeve is truly amazing. Now all of my friends are going to buy this sleeve now.
It's just funny to see other people saying the sleeve doesn't fit their MacBooks. I'm leaving this review, so you guys don't have to go through buying the wrong size for your MacBook Pro 15 Touch Bar.

Tomtoc 360 Protective Sleeve 15 inch (NOT 15-15.4 inch) is thicker than general neoprene sleeves. This sleeve is bulky, so it is not placeable in a laptop section of your backpack. If you want to carry your MacBook like a briefcase or sit in a laptop section of your backpack, this is not it.
If you want to just put your laptop in a plain backpack, duffle bags, or carry-on luggage, this is it.

Wow, that's all I can say. As soon as I opened and put my new 2018 15" MacBook in this sleeve I was more than pleasantly surprised. After reading the ridiculously picky reviews on here and deciding to buy it anyway, boy am I glad I did. This is a GREAT product for the price. It's durable, well constructed and fits my Mac like a glove. Even the front zipper pocket has more room than my previous InCase had (which I paid a lot more for). I can fit everything in there I need...and then some. If you like this type of low-profile sleeve and you have a new 2018 MacBook, get this now. It's the perfect amount of protection for the perfect laptop. Couldn't be happier.
This sleeve fits my Apple Macbook (A1707) Touchbar 2017. I searched for hours and read the reviews and this was the best. I was not disappointed when I received this sleeve. This Tomtoc sleeve has protective corners and sides around the entire sleeve. The zippered outside pocket is roomy and will fit a iPad.
The padding is raised top and bottom with firm circles of padding. The zipper runs down the long side of the laptop and opens very wide.
You don't have to worry about scratches as you lay the laptop into the padding.

Just what I needed to protect my laptop. As I could not find a sleeve that was guaranteed to fit my new laptop, decided to take my chances after reviewing the dimensions.
Aside from the length, that is maybe 5mm bigger than my laptop, this thing is perfect. I definitely recommend it to those who have this laptop.
I even ran it under the faucet with a paper towel inside to see if water seeped inside. The water rolls off like liquid mercury, the inside stays dry. The only part that is not water resistant is obviously the area around the zippers. WATER DOES GET IN if it falls around the area of the zippers, the material absorbs that water, and the contents inside will get wet. But this was the closest I could get to the best water resistant sleeve that would fit my laptop. If anyone finds a better water resistant sleeve let me know!
Overall extremely happy with the product.

I read some great reviewers on this case and got it after I purchased a dud before.
Here are the great pros about this case
- SUPER comfy inside. This thing looks like it really takes care of the MacBook inside. This is why: the soft padding is not only on the top and bottom, it is protected with a super soft cushion around the edges. This is key because it prevents the zipper from ever grinding up against your laptop when you carry it around.
- It has an additional pocket. I can easily fit my MacBook 87W in there, with a 6-foot cable and of course, the Macbook itself. I even have more room to fit a very small notebook, a couple of pens or so and still not make it tight.
- Easy for the Laptop to come out. Some cases fit snug...maybe a little too snug. This case is a great sung, but yet still makes it easy for it to come in and out without any force or pulling.
- Two zippers!! Are you anal like me and love having two zippers to start in the middle with? Well, you have the option here. And the zippers have strings on them to make it easy
- You can have the MacBook Pro 15inch fit even with a case! That's right. I have a slime Incase attached and it fits with no force. This here doesn't apply to all laptops, but for what I am using.
CONS
- Quality is mediocre. I can see my replacing this case with some heavy use after about 6-8 months. It does not feel like there is any high quality on the outside, and seems prone to zip if you do not take care of it.
- It looks like its bent sometimes due to the padding on the inside being loose. That is right, the padding on the inside is not stuck to the padding on the inside so it falls out of place (not to a point where you have to rearrange the padding, but it does seem to move). That is a completely cosmetic thing, and I do not mind it because I need this for the protection, and not so much the looks. However, you can see the image above and what I mean. With a little adjustment, you can get it straight again.
OVERALL
I would recommend this case purely for protection. Especially if you enjoy having your case attached as well.
I purchased this two days ago for my new Macbook Pro 15" touch bar that my husband bought me for my birthday. I was pleasantly surprised to find it thicker than I anticipated. For some, that may not be a good thing if you're looking for something on the "slimmer" side, but I don't mind the extra bulk and padding- my laptop will be well protected in this baby! The inside is very soft and like I said, padding is very plush and excellent. The outside pocket is a nice additional feature and a good size. I think I will easily be able to fit my charger in there which will make this perfect to travel with. For reference, I picked the 15" sleeve and this fit my 15" laptop perfectly with very little wiggle room. Great quality for the price.
This review is based on a sleeve for the 2018 15" MacBook Pro with TouchBar. When looking for a sleeve, I was trying to find one that 1) snugly fit the machine and 2) wasn't made of neoprene. This sleeve fits both of these criteria and, thus far, I'm extremely happy with it.
The sleeve snugly fits my MBP without making it difficult to get the laptop in and out of the sleeve. The padding inside is quite plush and offers very little room for movement (a plus in my mind since less movement means less opportunity for dings). The outer material is a thick canvas with a somewhat coarse texture, something I prefer over a neoprene sleeve since, again, some of the energy from bumps, dings, etc. will be "absorbed' by the sleeve itself.
Some other reviewers have commented that the sleeve is bulky and thick. I suppose it is, but not to the point where I find it problematic. It's about an inch or so thick and roughly the same width/length as the actual laptop. This is well worth the trade-off for some more significant protection to me, but I suppose the additional bulk may not be worth it to some folks. I personally don't find this to be a problem.
The pocket on the front is fairly large, though it's more suited for thinner items - for example, cords, thumb drives, etc. - than bulkier items. I could certainly fit the power brick in the pocket - and I suppose I would do that if I wanted to carry everything in this single sleeve when I'm on the go - but it doesn't seem like the sleeve was designed for this purpose. I've got a smaller iPad Pro which I can confirm does fit into this pocket pretty easily with the Apple keyboard attached.
Overall, I'm very happy with the sleeve. Time will tell with respect to durability - and I'll update this review if this seems to be a problem - but it seems well-built with thick materials, reasonably good quality stitching, and thick, plush padding. Exactly what I was looking for to replace my older, useless neoprene sleeve.
I had three requirements I was looking for in a laptop sleeve.
1. Snugly fit my mid-2014 15 inch MacBook Pro
2. Offer excellent protection
3. Have a compartment for my 10.5 inch iPad Pro.
I am pleased to say this Sleeve has exceeded my expectations and offers exactly what I was looking for. My MacBook fits perfectly, and is very protected in this sleeve. There is extra padding around the corners which and sides which is a nice touch. The quality is great, and looks like it will hold up very well over time. I got the blue/black and in most lighting it looks more black than blue. The pouch on the outside fits my iPad perfect, and with room to spare. I HIGHLY recommend this Sleeve, especially for the price you can't go wrong.
I like this case because it feels more substantial than my previous cases. I recently bought a new laptop, and it was a little smaller than my old one - so it was swimming in the old case. I was a bit nervous that this case would fit right, but it was pretty much a perfect fit. I wanted it to be a little snug, and I wanted to protect my laptop because I don't want to tempt fate. For reference, I bought the 15 - 15.4 inch version of this case to fit my HP Envy x360 15T. The dimensions of this laptop are: 14.16 x 9.8 x 0.77 inches.
The corners are probably the snuggest part, but they fit into the foam like how I wanted. If I push at the corners, I feel the foam, not the laptop, and the faces and corners feel like they will protect my laptop. I also like the simple, clean look of the case, which is a bonus. Just a warning, it is a little on the thicker size because of the padding- it will fit in my backpack, but not in the laptop sleeve. Again, this is what I wanted, but if you're after a very slim fit, this might not be the case you want. If you want a protective case, I would give this one a shot.
