My husband and I keep Brach's Star Brites Peppermint Starlight Mints on hand whenever we are out. I have them in my purse and office, he keeps them in his car and briefcase. They are great for keeping your breath fresh, if you just need a little sugar pick-me-up, and most especially after you eat a little too much! Nothing soothes your stomach like these peppermints! They have even helped our stomachs feel better after amusement park rides that made us a little sick! We buy this giant bag and it lasts us for about eight months. But be sure to buy Brach's, because they have real peppermint in them. The fake stuff might make your breath better, but it won't do anything for your stomach.
I bought these are my students. I love to give them mints when they take a test. They are a great price. I have teachers stopping in all the time to grab a mint or two!!
Good quality candies at a reasonable price. The candies are individually wrapped but not sealed -- they are enclosed by twisting the wrapper. This may be an important distinction if being used where ants might find them.
You can't beat the price. My husband goes through at least 5 pounds a month, sometimes more. I love the Brach's brand.
My husband and son love Brach's peppermints. I keep a supply on hand. It's hard to find these in stores in my area so I am happy I found them on Amazon. All the bags I have bought have been fresh, not stale. They are individually wrapped and stay fresh for months.

I gave these out to my students during their tests. Kids loved it. Some brands can be overpowering, but these were great. The huge bag lasted during the entire testing week and every kid had 2 to 3 pieces each.
Brach's consistent quality and peppermint flavor are a favorite of mine year round. For a number of years I have completely weaned myself off of deserts and sugary snacks. To satisfy my craving for a taste of sweetness after a meal, I have been eating ONE Brach's Star Brites Peppermint in lieu of desert. It completely satisfies my craving for sugar at a much lower sugar intake level. The five pound bag reduces my cost considerably and makes ordering no more than a once a year chore. Some of the wrappers didn't even have candy in them, so I am guessing there really isn't over 400 pieces. I should have counted them before I ate them. They did taste really really really good though. I can't stop eating them! Good thing my mom loves them just as much as I do. Now my sister wants some too. Thank you!!!
Could not find this brand locally and while this is an extremely large bag of minds I am glad Amazon is carrying them. Other like mints just have an odd taste. Brach's is the best in flavor.
Excellent quality. Just the right kind of treat to keep on hand for occasional sweet cravings. OK, to be honest "occasional" is every day around this house. Bottom line-really delicious peppermint candies!
