It was very good, very tasty and more than enough for two. I am a big fan of Amazon Meal kits, I have tried 7 of them already and I have never been disappointed. I love the recipes, and I also love the quality of the ingredients. I just need to complaint about the guacamole that was not very tasty, I would prefer if Amazon would give me the avocado and the rest of the ingredients to make my own fresh guacamole, which I did by combining the pico de gallo with fresh avocado and it was awesome!!! I will definitely buy the rest of the other meal kits!! I want to try all of them!!
This is the fifth Amazon meal kit I have tried and while it has been my least favorite, it was still fairly good. Very easy to prepare and very flavorful. The only change I made on this one was that I sliced the pork up into strips after cooking so that I could spread it more evenly among the tacos. The tortillas were much better than expected. They had great texture and flavor. The prepackaged guacamole is decent. In the recipe you add the extra marinade towards the end of cooking the pork. Be careful your pan is not too hot as the marinade cooks down quickly and forms a sticky glaze on the pork. It adds delicious flavor to the pork, but very easy to burn if you're not careful. Plenty for two and worth the price. Several dollars cheaper than the last pizza we ordered and much better.

Less than 30 min from box-open to plate. First xp with amazon prep meals and was impressed. Decent price, everything was used (almost no extra food components sacrificed to the trash can) and quick. Ingredients felt hand-selected. Everything was fresh - veg was unbruised (including every single leaf of cilantro) and meat had good color/smell throughout.
Negative
For those who count calories, no way to understand what portion of the nutrient details was due to the chips n salsa vs the 4 tacos. This meal comes with guac and chips and cheese and various salsas that I did not use. Would love to see somewhat of a more granular breakdown of nutrition info for those who are fat and trying to fix it (tracking everything).
Overall, great 2-portion quickie option to have a couple times a week.
I loved this meal. For the price you get a lot of bang out of your buck, definitely 2 VERY generous portions. The grilled pineapples were a great touch. Only took about half an hour to make, very clear directions. The packaging was also perfect, I've used Blue Apron before and always had issues with items becoming damaged. With Amazon I rarely have that issue. Lastly the cost is very fair for the quality of ingredients included. Will definitely be trying more Amazon meal kits in the future.
But really, I have tried nearly all of the meal kits and this one we could easily eat every night and be totally happy with it. Don’t even consider if you want to buy this. Just put it in your cart, you can thank me later. 11/10 highly recommend.

This is one of my favorite meal kits—I wish Amazon would make one with shrimp and another with chicken. Tacos al Pastor with Pork was quick to cook (under 30 minutes if you’ve made this meal kit a few times), the directions were easy to follow and the various condiments allowed me to “style” each of my tacos differently. This meal kit was colorful, flavorful and absolutely delicious! I hope Amazon will be creating other variations in the near future!
Accidentally ordered this when I thought I was ordering fish tacos. My gf doesn't doesn't eat pork so I was a bit concerned. Happy to say, I got to enjoy all 8 tacos and it was the best taco I ever had in my life. Cant wait to get more! Sorry gf :-P
I really enjoyed this. I cook, so it was very easy to put together. It was nice to not have to buy all of the ingredients separately or gather them up. For someone that doesn't cook, it may have taken a bit longer. The only issue is that the portion was too big (especially the calories) for two and not enough for three. I'll definitely try another kit again.
Absolutely delicious. We chose not to fry the pineapple because we prefer the taste of fresh pineapple. We will definitely be ordering this again. In fact, I think its time to place another order.
Probably my favorite meal kit so far, easy to prepare, so much good food!!! More than enough for 2 people, and the flavor was amazing!!
