I received this laptop a week ago and have used it nonstop. It’s lightweight, responsive, and fast. This HP is definitely the best laptop I’ve ever purchased.
I have always purchased Dell laptops so purchasing an HP is an entirely new experience for me. I am not an extremely tech savvy person but i know the basics. I did a little research before purchasing this laptop and it seemed the best available in the 500 dollar price range. It has a sleek design and is aesthetically appealing. I use this laptop for both entertainment and general business functions. The keyboard is smooth flowing and feels ergonomically designed as it sits comfortably in my lap. It has great sound and the keyboard lights up nice and clear so you can easily type without error. Definitely worth the price, will buy again
It's a really nice computer; well worth the money. I was glad to get a computer with 1 TB hard drive and 12 GB of ram for this price. The only thing I don't like is the backlighting. The color is not dark enough to see the keys well.
I bought this for some specific purposes, mostly to be a quick and reliable computer for word-processing and using some large Excel files. So far, the computer has performed very well. I feel like it was a bargain at the listed price. It's also light-weight, but not flimsy.
i just recieve this laptop today. so far in love it. works awesome. it's fast and nice looking. easy to setup. i was able to download google chrome and google extensions.

So far I love this laptop!! It is light, slim , was easy to set up and easy to use! Everything I need for a decent price!
i really like how lightweight and slim the computer is. it's the perfect size too. the screen isn't too big nor too small. it has some cool looking speakers on the keyboard that i have never seen before. they work really well. it has worked a lot faster than the last laptop i bought from amazon-- a 2018 dell inspiron. the mouse is kind of confusing. sometimes i will click on it and it just clicks something. other times i click on it and it "left clicks" the thing. i guess i will have to figure that out. i am disappointed though because i paid more/ordered the gold laptop and received the dark silver one. and THEN the prices of both colors went down. i will be contacting the seller.... overall the LAPTOP is great.. the SELLER IS NOT.

I have been getting these for clients. only thing I wish the came with a SSD .
