Lifetime 80251 Adjustable Folding Laptop Table TV Tray, 26 Inch, White Granite

Lifetime 80251 Adjustable Folding Laptop Table TV Tray, 26 Inch, White Granite

I bought this to match with 4 ikea folding chairs for patio to make them look like a patio set. Height is adjustable and legs are sturdy. Bigger than I expected, works perfectly for my patio. In picture, I set the table to the highest. It can go as low as the seat.

As shown in the photos this table accommodates a sewing machine and the Sew Steady extension. This table is lighter and easier to transport than the more expensive portable sewing tables. The legs are not in the center of the table depth so you can put the roomier side at your lap/legs and there is plenty of room for a foot pedal. Love it for sewing at classes and workshops.

I bought this to use as a laptop desk when I want to work in the living room. It's very compact, so I can fold it up and put it away in the laundry room when I'm done. It's incredibly easy to set up, as well.

I looked everywhere for something AFFORDABLE that I could use as a standing desk. I already had a desk, so I just needed something that I could use when I felt like standing. This is PERFECT. At its lowest height setting, it was a little higher than I needed, so I took it apart and moved the "stationary" leg - that gave me the ability to adjust the table to a lower height. It's lightweight but so far is very sturdy - I have TWO monitors on it, a wireless keyboard and wireless mouse. For anyone looking for a standing desk that won't put you out close to $500, give this a try!

Great little fold up table. I needed a portable table to act as a desk for me that fits in a small space. This fits the bill perfectly! For being plastic and on what I call ironing board legs its very sturdy. I tend to lean on the table when I'm working on the laptop and there is no movement in the table when I do this. There is plenty of room for the laptop mouse paperwork and something to drink with room left over, My legs fit easily under the table. Even though I am only 5'3'' I have a good 6-7 inches of clearance under the table. So it should handle a taller person. Also you can adjust the height of the table. My only gripe is that the table came with NO instructions. I had to spend about 15 minutes trying to figure out how to get the legs locked in position. On the one set of legs the is a little handle you squeeze that to make the leg shorter so you can get it into the holes on the underside of the table. When you release the handle the leg pops back to its original size. Would have liked instructions for that. Other wise I love the table.

I’ve always been a more of a couch person, as opposed to a desk person. So I needed a table that I could work on in my office, from my couch. This one is PERFECT! It adjusts to just the right height, and I can fold it up and store it under the couch when I’m done working. It’s extremely study and doesn’t wobble. And the price is excellent. I’d buy it again for sure!

Several design features make this table excellent. First of all, it is a very sturdy table due to the scissor-style legs. Secondly, the legs are offset so that there is room to sit close like you would at a desk. Next, the mechanism that keeps the table open is very clever and easy to adjust to three heights. Finally, the legs snap securely into the closed position when you want to store the table.

I bought two of the small 25" x 17" size to use in my studio apartment as a small desk or dining surface. Two tables together can fit myself and three grandchildren for lunch. Stored in the side of the closet, they are out of the way.

Let me state up front that my problem is not with the table as such. It appears to be just as advertised. My problem is that, first, there was no paperwork at all that came with the table as to how to assemble it correctly. The most obvious choice, just pulling it apart, I did not do because it did not want to unfold and history has shown me that when I force something, I usually break it. So, I tried the trigger pull to see what would happen and, then twisted the trigger to see if that would do any good. I broke the trigger.
Now, it turns out, that pulling the legs out of their slots was exactly the thing I should have done (YouTube) and, once I had done that the table erected and I was able to adjust it by squeezing the legs on the one side so they could fit into the appropriate positions. This is was the function of the, now defunct, trigger on the leg bracket. Who knew?
Anyway, the table appears fine and I have erected it and taken it down now 3 times with now problem. So, why the 2star rating. One, the lack of documentation that would make the assembly process much simpler. You need to exert a some strength but the table will come apart. Another reason is that I called Lifetime's Costumer Service to find out if the trigger assembly being broken could cause future problems and, if so, could I just break it off and be done with it? I was put on hold and hung up after 20m. Hopefully, somebody will read this and learn from my mistake.
So, there it is. Buy the product just be aware.

What I like most about this table is it’s portability. I can pick it up and carry it to just about any place I need it. I put it in my car and take it with me to my nanny job. My two-year-old toddler loves it! He sits on a box as a chair and does his artwork projects on it. I’ve also used it as a drink table when we have guests over. Finally I use it as a desk extension when I am doing crafts.

I don’t find it difficult to open and close. You just have to snap it strongly and it goes right into place and comes right out of place. I am a 59-year-old woman, not extremely strong but in good shape. This little table has been very useful in the time I’ve had it and I would recommend purchasing it!

Note, I also put a rug gripper on top of that to make it less slippery. I agree with the other reviewer’s that it is slippery on top, but that still has not been a problem.

Love this table. It's perfect for my needs. I enjoy doing crafts and other items in the evenings but like to be with my family in the living room. It was hard into rocker recliner. It sits low and this table lets you adjust it at varying heights. The lowest level is perfect for me. I can do my drafts, work on my laptop, have a meal or basically anything. It's also easy to clean and stores super easy under my couch. Out of sight out of mind. I highly suggest this table for many purposes. Would be great for children too. Very durable.
