***As always, I purchased these with my own hard-earned money and paid the full purchase price plus tax. Furthermore, I am not affiliated in any way with anyone who stands to make a single penny on this purchase or my review.*** Just sayin'.
I used these power strips to bring organized power to two mid-sized aquariums on one stand. They did work great and I like them just fine.
The only issue at all is that the pear-shaped mounting holes on the back of the strips are very shallow and aren't deep enough for any normal screw head. This caught me off guard and I had to sit down and think about it for a while. I have an extensive screw/bolt/nut/washer collection and NOTHING I already owned would work in these shallow holes. I really don't know if anything short of a nail head would work.
I was mounting to a 3/16 piece of tempered hardboard that wouldn't hold a nail either, but both sides of the board were easily accessible. There were four pear-shaped mounting holes on the back of each strip - two side by side and about an inch apart at each end of the strip. Because of this, I was able to just drill two small holes in the board that matched each set of mounting holes on the strips and run a zip tie through one drilled hole in the board, then into one mounting hole on the strip and out the other, then back through the second drilled hole in the board, and zip it tight in the back.
Doing this at each end of each strip worked great. Everything is sturdy enough and you can't see the zip ties. It could have been a bigger problem if I had been mounting to something like a sheetrock wall that was only accessible from one side though.
With these limitations in mind, these power strips do work well and they are a great deal. They are easily a 5-star purchase for someone that has no intention of ever mounting them, which is probably the case 90% of the time.
My only complaint is the red light is very bright- I did not take a star off for this because this might be a plus in many situations. I use this extension cord in my bedroom so I have to make sure it is under the bed or else the light bothers me.
On the whole, it seems well made, KMC packed it well, with a card thanking me for purchasing and showing me who to call if I had any problems, which I appreciated.

These KMC 6-Outlet Surge Protector Power Strips works as advertised. Indeed, I have made the right choice purchasing them. Since they went into use, they are working flawlessly. I have one hooked up to my 4K Smart TV and the other to my Deep-Freeze. Whenever there are power surges or inclement weather in my area---there is no need to worry as this product are engineered to do their job. Great product KT-KMC. Keep up the good work!

Surge protectors seems sturdy and well built; both turned on (lights on switch) and indicated that they were protecting. The longer cord was nice since our outlets are off-centered from our wall so that we were able to hide everything behind the tv stand. We’ll see if they live up to their hype. They came with a product description in four languages and a thank you card.
Zero complaints about this surge protector. I like the black color and it works just like you'd expect it to. The two pack is a really good value. I use these with multiple PC computer setups and can't think of anything negative about them.
I've seen fancier/more expensive surge protectors that have child-safety features that close the outlets that aren't being used. I don't have children, so I don't care about this feature.
I've also seen fancier/more expensive surge protectors that allow you to twist/re-orientate each individual outlet to better accommodate larger plugs. This can be nice sometimes, but in my case I wasn't planning on using all six outlets anyway, so it doesn't bother me if an outlet or two get blocked off by an extra large device plug. Just something for other consumers to be aware of.
What made my day is the Thank You card that's included in the surge protector box. You'll have to see it for yourself to understand what I'm talking about. "Light the starts. It must be the brightest star in the night!". ;-)

Next version needs an upgrade. One foot longer. More space between plugs. Easier to turn off and on with shoe, by widening switch platform. And optional color white.
These power strips are good for creating extra plugins for other small items that require power. The quality of the strips seems to be above average and feels solid in construction. Only time will tell how durable they are. I wish the cords were a little longer. The price point for these strips definitely make them a very good buy.
These work great. I live in an older house, probably built by a man since there are not enough plugs. 😃 I can attach these to the wall and have more plugs.
So far a good purchase. Sent in easy to open packaging, plugs in outlets without any hassles an the appliances that are plugged in operate well. How long these items last is the real test.
I like that these are thin and not too wide. There's a UL sticker which is important to me, having had issues with bad cheap strips before which were not UL.
The best thing I think is the length of the cord! The cord in these is long and it solves so many issues for me and I don't have to extend the wires sideways to plug into the strip
