Not mad at all, they came individually wrapped, a little trimming and fluffing and they were perfect!
This was a great purchase! The flowers came with a balloon full of water. (I assume water) and if you follow the instructions provided, you'll have beautiful flowers. The instructions say that it takes an hour for the flowers to "liven up" ... But mine looked better the next morning. As you can see from my photos, I left a lot of the green foliage on mine. Great purchase, will buy again!
My sister daughter died unexpectedly, she was only 30 and left behind a husband and 1 year old daughter. My sister and her family loved the floral arrangement. I was happy to bring a smile to their face at a time like this TY.
I ordered these for a pop of Spring in my house. They were bigger than I expected and lasted a long time. Really pretty flowers!
Flowers were very nice, big and white. But one bloom wilted only after a few days. The vase was not as pictured in the photo, it was curvy vs. a straight cylindrical shape. Securely packaged and arrived in great condition.

The vase was broken when the flowers arrived. I called and they are shipping another arrangement next week. The lady on the phone was very nice but the telephone system was terrible. She was very difficult to hear because someone else was talking on another line in the background and it was hard to hear or talk to her. There was also an echo on the line. The flowers are lovely and I look forward to the new shipment.
The flowers looking great! The only reason I'm giving four instead of five is because a few of the pestle were browned, and a few leaves looked chewed with one being broken. I also would like to let the buyers know you have to cut the stems on your own to fit the vase, but i personally didn't find this a problem. You will need sharp scissors to cut these thick stems.
