Product didn't smell too Elderflower like, compared to the fresh stems I'm use to working with.
However substitution of fresh with dried and a few recipe modifications - this product produces an excellent elderflowe champagne.
Will be buying again.
Perfect for reproducing medieval English recipes that call for a good deal of elderflowers in the forerunner to the modern cheesecake! Packing in smaller sizes would be helpful for those engaged in period cooking, since it does not take a huge quantity of this stuff to make ye olde cheese pie!
This is a lot of product. You can make at least 3 liters of elderflower liquior

I was very pleased with the quantity & quality. These make a delicious pot of tea, both bland and magical at the same time.
Cannot prove it scientifically but it helps me sleep through the night. Very unexpected effect. Again - cannot guarantee the result for others but at least for me it totally works. Take it before bed but then don't go coding :) ... just go to bed ... btw. for novices - herbal teas taste what they taste ... Add half a tsp of sugar to make it taste differently if you need to.
