We've bought a bunch of these for our office because we're a cost conscious startup who just needs their users to Word/Excel/Outlook/Chrome. They're not the highest quality panel, they generally have pretty poor off angle viewing, but they're built well, have VESA mounting, and look professional. If you need an affordable monitor for your average business applications, this is an okay purchase.
So far so good. Bought this to replace my last Dell monitor that went out... which was over a decade old. This is the newer generation of that monitor.
It's amazing how much better the quality is, not to mention the price. The old one was 19" LCD and it was over 3x the cost of this one new
The matte finish is nice, no glare.
Hopefully this one lives as long as the last
I bought this for when I work from home to mimic the environment that I have in my office and it's great...I have no complaints.
I moved my office space and the glare from the windows was causing issues on my monitor. This monitor was recommended to me and it works great. Very little if any glare. I love it!
Bought, needed double screens and it works great for me! Picture is outstanding

Description
Dell 23” monitor with In-Plane switching panel. Affordable and reliable 23” IPS monitor with a wide viewing angle and essential features that drive productivity.
For quality Dell monitors at this price point, you can't go wrong. Although I was mildly disappointed that the description stated these monitors had Display Port connections (description said some models may have HDMI or Display Port, but I don't care about some models; I need to know if THIS model has Display Port), I was able to use Display Port to HDMI cables as a workaround. All in all, great monitors, understated bezels for my home office, great value for my money.
Great monitor for price. Picture is great.
Just what I needed. Great buy for the money. It has a VGA & HDMI input (Comes with a 3ft HDMI cable). Includes a Universal Power Cord (UPC) or “D” plug for power. Out of the box with two snaps and it’s on its stand (no tools). I removed the cover on the back and with a standard mount - right on the wall it went. I’m very happy. I hope it last as long as the one I replaced it for. 14 years? It was time for an upgrade.
I wanted a 2nd monitor for my home work space. It is so much easier to view and edit spreadsheets with a larger monitor. I am able to have excel on one screen and another software application on my laptop. I gave it 4 stars because the stand could have been 2-4 inches higher. Otherwise, the clarity and function is great! Caveat: a 23" monitor is huge for a small home workspace. Consider something smaller if you have limited desk space.

I.T. Consultant here: When I find a device, like this monitor, that does the job well then I tend to buy *a lot* of them. This monitor hits the specs that my office clients need. Full HD (1920x1080), IPS, VESA compliant (for mounting on a pedestal), simple assembly, A/C mains input (no power brick needed like some monitors). Sometimes they're on sale and I buy a few extra.
