This was so easy to make, barely any prep and quick to cook and was really tasty! Kids and adults loved it. The portions are perfect - it feeds 2 adults and an 8 year old.
This meal was super tasty. I was familiar with piri piri from the restaurant scene but have never eaten at home. I enjoy a little heat but not too much which I was able to manage by using less of the sauce. The mini peppers were an interesting twist and very simple. I'll be incorporating this into my other meals from now on. The chicken was well seasoned and tasted great off the grill. There were different size pieces which I didn't mind because I cut it to eat in the bowl anyway, but it took some careful grilling. All in all, a great meal. Will probably buy this again.
Some of the peppers were a little wilted, but this was a very nice and flavorful dinner with hardly any prep. My husband was dismayed to see another boxed meal after months of me making Hello Fresh, Plated, and Blue Apron meals, but was much more delighted to see everything basically premade, with only grilling, boiling, and easy cleanup. We would definitely get this again. I only wish it came with more detailed ingredients/instructions to make our own spice blends like the more expensive (and more complicated) meal kits have.
I thought this would be a great substitution for when we don't have time to cook dinner on some nights I was a little hesitant about this but once again I was wrong.
Cooked in about 15 min or so your mileage may very, nice spice to it but not to overwhelming would might like to see a double portion box when company come by rather than buying two added 2 for our next order.
So easy! My 4 year old devoured it! Just wish it came in a 4 serving box too!

Tasty meal! I cheated a little with the preparation. I combined the chicken and the sweet peppers into individual aluminum foil packets and baked them for 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
This was really nice- well seasoned and easy to make. The rice was disappointing, though. I ended up making my own lime/cilantro brown rice. Took a bit longer, but well worth it. Everything else in the box was 5-stars-
I have been using Home Chef for about a year, this was on par with their quality, taste and a little cheaper, will try others.
Reminiscent of something latin, but definitely with a afro\portugese flair. Yum-yum
Very tasty and so easy to prepare. So far I've been happy with the whole tastemakers line from Tyson but this might be my favorite. I've tried other meal services where they send you the ingredients. They were good too but much more expensive and required a subscription. These are perfect via Amazon fresh.
