In my final year of med school, I was pleasantly surprised to find out my husband and I were expecting. Unfortunately, our little baby girl was "growth restricted" (IUGR) due to placenta problems and was born prematurely at 4 pounds. I was BADGERED by the nurses in the hospital to breastfeed, but with my OB & pediatricians' blessing, I choose to give her this Similac since day 1 because I wanted our little lady to fed within her first hour of life (IUGR preemies typically have blood sugar problems, which can be deadly if you can't feed them right away) rather than wait 3 days for my milk to come in and have her dehydrated, hungry, etc... (which would've resulted in an NICU admission and her going on formula anyway...). Thank goodness I did! With receiving the Similac, her blood sugar normalized within hours of being born, and she was out of the hospital EARLIER than a "normal" baby. In her first weeks of life, she has more than doubled her body weight, is thriving, and is exceeding all of her milestones... I know as a physician I'm supposed to say "breast is best", but in our case, this formula was the best for our little lady and I am so grateful that this was an option.
Honestly, this is the best buy around. I feel like it lasted me more than a month. My daughter is happy with this since this is the brand and type they gave us in the hospital. If you have the money, why not buy this in bulk to last longer and also give a can to whoever is watching your kid when you go back to work?
Our baby loves it and can not have any other formula. I wanted to wait a few months before leaving a review. The price we get from Amazon is a big plus as nothing in our area comes to close to matching it. The quick delivery from Amazon Prime is worth it for folks with infants.
The thing I like about this Similac pro-advance no. Gmo that it has a little more than the stores and 3 cans for less on prime or even less for subscription, yes every one says it make your baby gassy, all baby's are gassy. I change my baby bottles to doctor browns baby bottles and he is way better now then ever.
These are huge containers. My 2 months old anyway waste a lot of formula so these are best for us.

My daughter was slightly constipated on Similac advance but is now regular with the Similac Pro Advance!

This work very good for my baby. We were feeding her the Similac ready to feed since birth and now switched to this powder. My baby love Similac.
Arrived in perfect condition. Perfect for my son who is on the smaller side and was recommended by his ped to do a 24cal/oz concentration of this formula. Don't change the concentrating on your own-always consult your child's pediatrician.
My son does well with no adverse effects.
Even with the $5 off similar coupons the price with subscribe and save is cheaper per ounce. We get larger containers and they are delivered right to my house. Overall I can’t complain about this at all.
Probably the best price point for brand name formula. Stuck with this because it’s what we got from our pediatrician. Does what it needs to do. Mixes well now that we are transitioning to cereal.
