I'm sometimes unsure what to say about specific food items, but not all frozen ground turkeys are made equal.
I am always hesitant to purchase Tyson and Perdue poultry products; they are always the factory farm villains in various documentaries, and it "feels" like they are somehow worse than Jennie-O and Foster Farms.
With that being said, Perdue farms' new commitment to "No Antibioics Ever" is also a commitment to the overall health of the birds.
This ground turkey is great in Tacos, is delicious and difficult to mess up. An added benefit is that it comes packed in plastic (instead of styrofoam), so the packaging is easily recyclable.
