It's pretty good. I've been making lots of lentejas. I bought four packages and the first and third packages were better consistency than the second package, which had many fatty chunks in it. I do wish there were a spicier option. I know that spanish chorizo is not normally spicy, but I find this pretty bland. Also not that this is ready to eat - dry - so I don't feel that it outputs its flavor into the dishes I cook as well, but it's ok until I find a better cooking version. I will probably look for spicier chorizo next time and if I can't find that anywhere then I would buy this again.
Delicios wonderful and cheaper than I can get locally. Anyone, what is the white rigid stuff inside the sausage? I sliced poorly and got a big piece of this (3 cm long) What the hell is it? I have seen it in some certain other hispanic sausages.
When these (4) run out, I will purchase again
Pues eso. Chorizo industrial Made in Spain. No tiene nada de especial salvo que mata el antojo de comer chorizo. Algo caro al ser importado. Se deja comer. Ya habrá tiempo de comer ibérico o de Leon en las vacaciones 😊
Very happy to be able to get it, I live in the mountains where it can't be found. A piece of Spain at the table, Love it
I wanted authentic Spanish chorizo, so I discovered this and bought it. It is good, but not as good as chorizo I've bought at my local grocery store. It's a little too rustic for me. The skin is a little too tough.

Excellent chorizo. Pretty expensive compared to how it's priced in Spain, but I expected this, considering how expensive it can be to import. This is great to eat by itself or cooked in Lentil soup.
The flavor is good! It’s a little fattier than I like my chorizo, but I’m just so excited to finally get any Spanish chorizo in the U.S. that I don’t mind the extra calories!
These are great Spanish sausages. A' must have' for anyone making Spanish dishes (Paella, Caldo Gallego). Fast delivery. Very good price. Recommended.
Delicious, spectacular and original the flavor and texture of this chorizo is exactly as I remember from Spain. (Better when used in stews and stir fried food to let it's natural flavors come out)
this chorizo works well when making paella. Doesn't overpower but adds flavor.
