I'll say!!! Ordered on Aug. 22 and it came today. Unboxed it and it looked brand new. I just moved my home office to another room in my house and my I needed a computer that was wi fi capable. This one got good reviews and was loaded with features. Set it up with my monitor and plugged it in and it connected to my wireless network instantly. The other set up was easy and I'm not all that computer savy. I can recommend this computer great deal THANKS AMAZON.
I finally set this up for my mom today after receiving it a couple of weeks ago. It started right up and seems very fast , it opened all the pages I tried quickly . I loaded her pictures, solitaire , a slots game and a Facebook app and everything worked seamlessly. Perfect for what I needed it for , she can play her games ,do her banking and web browsing
Everything arrived as advertised, it all works, easy setup, Win10 not my cup of tea but it has a valid digital license, detected the supplied WiFi USB adapter no problem. Windows registered online, updated. Unit is plenty fast and efficient, HDD good sized and very fast months in. Happy camper here. Has a mouse and keyboard with it wired but I kept my wireless ones again no problem Win10 detected everything automatically including my usb speakers. If you prefer you can downgrade and install Win 7, in the end I did and it was a breeze. Perfect price for my needs, gaming I do not do so cannot comment on that.
I've had the machine for about a month and so far things are great. Out of the box the setup was quick and easy. The machine I got from USTecno was network ready and connected to my home wi-fi with ease, no adapters necessary.
This is a second computer that I have just in case my regular computer has issues. I guess I'm old fashioned because I like desktops and not laptops. (That happens if you've ever had the monitor on a laptop quit on you.) This machine is setup like a work computer and that works great for me, because that's also what I prefer. I loaded my personal software and got everything configured and tested in about two hours.
I am so glad I purchased another refurbished machine instead of spending more money for something that will get very little actual use besides updating and testing software.
If you don't need the machine to be mobile and you're using the machine to track financials, run office software, read news and email, play card and puzzle games, listen to music, read books and stream video, you can save yourself some money by purchasing this type of machine.
I love the computer, however; it is not wi-fi ready as it states in the description. I had to go to Walmart and buy the wireless USB that you stick in the USB slot and use my internet provider to connect. It’s Windows 10 already installed on the computer, but you have to go into settings and update the latest version..it’s free. Overall great computer!

I was hesitant buying a computer online as I’ve had some bad experiences with tech equipment. But everything came as promised. Windows 10, WiFi adapter, and its fast. Would def buy from them again.
This computer is my new gaming machine, because the "gaming console" industry wants to charge everybody monthly fees.
Contrary to some other reviewers' experiences, mine came with a little electrostatic envelope taped to the side with the USB wifi device inside. I plugged it into one of the back USB ports and ta-da, working wifi!
The built-in graphics interface only supports directx 10.1 and does not include HDMI. I had to add a graphics card (low profile because full-height won't fit; I used a VisionTek Radeon 5450 2GB and removed the bracket) before I could play Elder Scrolls Online. Even with the graphics card, it was still about half the price of a PS4. Great value for the money.
The included keyboard is kind of cheesey. With the legs extended, the 4 support points are not coplanar, so it wobbles like a table with one leg shorter than the other three. But it works, as does the mouse.
Runs great and was as described.
My old pc was really slow and crashing all the time but didn't want to spend much for new one so gave this one a try.. am very happy was easy to set up 10X faster than old pc and even came with a generic word software package.
I liked the easy wi-fi hookup, but would have preferred some HDMI ports.
