I hadn't used anything like this before.
It did work, seemed like I needed more drops for the amount of time it took.
Mixed with water and I used it to remove the segment skin from citrus fruit,
mandarins and grapefruit the grapefruit took way long but it was cool how
you can make the citrus gems with this stuff! Gems are just the juicy morsels
inside fruit segments no pectin skin. I likely won't get more for now, it was a fun
experiment, the Cuties don't really need the skins off and I've gotten quite good
@ doing Grapefruit by hand.
I love this stuff - use it to get rid of the membranes on grapefruit. It's normally used in winemaking, and also in making jams etc but does a great job removing membranes from grapefruit, oranges, etc.
Cleared up a hazy home-brewed cider with just a few drops into the batch. I have now used them pre and post pasteurization and both methods have been equally effective.
Great for use with my spinzall; I’ve been using it on a slurry if bananas and rum to help clarify the rum
Works like a charm, had a problem with clarity in wild strawberries tincture that I made, added couple drops and after 24h started to see clearing. It will probably take some time to get a perfect clarity but it definitely works.
Highly recommended.

Liquid pectic enzyme remove pectin haze from wine.
I'ts the end of the tangerine season, so I only tried it once. But it worked, though all the fibers, very much softened,still adhered to the pulp
of the fruit, The taste was fine, the appearance less good in spite of expectations.
Does exactly as advertised. I used a sous vide to speed up the process with some heat otherwise the process requires a lot of patience.
Should last pretty much forever at the volumes I do.
Works just as it is supposed to. Just a few drops into water and perect supremes the next morning.
I use this to remove mandarin orange segment membranes to make citrus supremes. It works perfectly for that purpose.
