Gerber Yogurt Melts, Strawberry & Mixed Berry, 8 Count

Gerber Yogurt Melts, Strawberry & Mixed Berry, 8 Count

We used these as a "puff" alternative. My little one was obsessed with puffs from about 8 months to 13 months (she's now obsessed with cheerios). She also liked these. I'll admit that the idea of dried yogurt seemed a bit off to me, but these taste pretty good (mommy taste tests everything) and they have both calcium and iron. We have since transitioned to actual yogurt, but these were a great alternative to puffs while she was getting used to eating food. They quickly dissolve in little ones mouth and are small enough for baby to pick up as they are learning to grasp food.

My son eats these like candy He loves them. We used these for his first solids regular foods to transition him from baby puree food to regular food and practice chewing. These are perfect. No chocking hazard since they melt as soon as they get in contact with moisture.

These are delicious. I bought them for myself. Lol.

My son LOVES these fruit and veggie melts. He is 10 months and doesn't like the texture of baby foods. I'm not always able to feed him bits of our table food, or sometimes we're eating things he can't have yet (nuts, honey, ice cream..haha!)
These are so handy to have so he can eat, too.
I love that most of the ingredients are plain fruits and veggies - not a bunch of filler or sugar.
With our first bag we bought of these, I split each piece in half so he wouldn't choke or gag on them. Now he has the hang of it.
LOVE these! I wish they had been around when my oldest was a baby!

The best bribing treats and actually have nutritional value. I started keeping them in my car when he fussed and fought getting put in the carseat. Once he knew he was getting "bites" when he got in, he stopped that nonsense and eventually didn't need them. I still keep them in the car for "emergency" situations, i.e. Driving by myself, baby crying, hand a cup of these back there and he's quiet the rest of the ride.

Description

Nourish your little one with the goodness of Gerber Graduates Yogurt Melts Freeze-Dried Yogurt & Fruit Snacks. These tasty snacks are made with real yogurt and fruit. With live and active cultures and a good source of Vitamins A, C, and E, these snacks combine the delicious taste little ones love with the wholesome nutrition parents love.

My son loves these melts and prefers them to the yogurt melts. They travel in a purse, diaper bag, or stroller conveniently and make a great snack on the go. I do wish the bag had a better seal and the product itself a longer shelf life. The package notes that the melts need to be eaten within a week after opening. Over time and after exposure to air the melts no longer "melt" but become a chewy glob which my son refuses to eat. This has happened a couple of times when I thought the bag was sealed, but in fact wasn't. Regardless, I have these on subscribe and save as my son loves them and I love the portability.

These melts are very convenient. They are great to throw in a diaper bag or when going to the park. They make a good snack because they don't have to be kept cold and they are easy. I wish they had more nutritional value and less sugar though. I don't give them to the kids too often because they aren't the healthiest snack. They are a really good deal here on Amazon with the subscribe and save option.

My daughter is a very picky eater, she can't have most of the Gerber melts because they have dairy in them but these are dairy free. We used to also buy the berry which she loved but amazon discontinued the subscription on them. They were great also. Love that we can carry fruit and veggie snacks that she will eat and they won't go bad as long as you zip the package. If you leave the package open in the humidity they will get soft and gummy, don't ask how I know.

My son LOVES these!! They dissolve quickly in his mouth and he learned how to put food in his own mouth with these. He gets a few of these at the end of every meal as his "dessert" and I have found that it sort of helps him to stay regular. I think that is because of the cultures found in them? They basically have the consistency of astronaut food and they don't really make a mess so they are an A+ in my book!
I love that I was able to find these cheaper online than in the store and that I could buy them in 7 packs! Also my son still isn't crawling but he has been eating these for a couple months with no problem.
These came in the exact same condition they are in stores. I also ordered them in peach!

Even my 2 and 5 year old still loves these. They both want this flavor constantly. I have no idea why, I tried them and they are gross but if I can get them for less than $3 a bag which is what our grocery store sells them for I'm all for it.
